Fantastic service for my father from the Hampton manor team. He is really happy with the home. From the food, home comforts, activities and the excellent staff and management team. We could not be happier as a family. It's a great comfort knowing he is in such goods hands as we live over 200 miles
away.

My grandad came here for respite care. I must say we were all happy with the care provided and the team were extremely attentive to his needs. It's a nice clean home and it's got a very nice atmosphere. He particularly enjoyed the activities here too. Thank you for everything you did for him

My mother is staying in Hampton Manor care home and I am so grateful for the care she receives. The staff are so attentive to the needs of my mother and I have real peace of mind knowing she is in such caring hands. It is so clean and well maintained and the facilities they have are great. Just

My dad is in here. What a lovely place. Very friendly staff and my dad is over the moon. He's so happy and he calls it home. It's like a hotel and our full family now are happy he's settled in. Nothing ever seems to be a problem and the activities are amazing too.

my ex neighbour resides here. its such a warm and inviting enviornent. lovely team which really go out of their way. nothing ever seems to be a problem for anyone. my neoghbour os extremly happy here

My elderly Punjabi grandmother has been staying in Hampton manor and she has a number off illness and speak problems but whenever we have asked how her care and stay as been she has always recommended highly. Very nice to know she is in good hands and being well looked after and thus is noticeable
on her overall appearance

Warm, welcoming and helpful. My mum needed care following a fall and chose Hampton Manor as a young friend had said how good it was. She is content and trusts staff who are kind and considerate.

amazing care home with amazing staff. really friendly and made me feel very welcome. i am very happy my auntie is in their care. it makes me feel very at ease. i sleep so easy at night knowing my dearly beloved is in such good care.

My father went into Hampton Manor for a trial to see if he would like being in residential care. After the 2 week trial, he decided to make it his permanent home. My dad is 91 years old, fearlessly independent but registered severely blind with walking difficulties. He has only good things to say
about all the staff. He can't fault anything (and he would if he could!). He highly praised the care he is given, the exceptional quality of food and the amazing cleanliness of the home. The staff are always helpful when I visit and keep us informed of everything going on with my dad.

I am very happy knowing my brother is receiving the care and attention that he needs, and that I know that he is safe. The staff are very caring, polite, and they treat everyone with respect. The home is very well equipped and cleaned to a high standard.

Since Alec moved into Hampton Manor, the staff & management have all been amazing. I feel comfortable & happy that Alec's care is exemplary... Highly recommend Hampton Manor 100%.

My wife's mother resides at Hampton Manor and I cannot praise them enough for their care and attention. The care home is a close knit family and they always go above and beyond for their residents.
The facilities are great (best in the area), brand new home and very clean.

My aunt has been living at Hampton Manor for some time now, and I couldn't be happier with the care they receive. The staff are so kind, patient, and genuinely caring - they always take the time to make sure residents feel comfortable and valued. Every visit, I'm greeted with smiles and a warm,
homely atmosphere. It's such a comfort knowing my loved one is in such good hands. Thank you to everyone at Hampton Manor for all that you do!

My mother is being cared for at Hampton Manor, and she is very happy. The staff and management do a wonderful job. I cannot fault the care and kind attention she is given. There are daily activities for the residents, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The management and staff are
always professional and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you!

On entering this home, the friendly atmosphere greets you. The decor and cleanliness is fabulous. I believe the care is 2nd to none. My friend, being 6 stone, is now 7 stone due to the correct care and attention. I cannot speak highly enough of all concerned. Always a cheery welcome and a smile.

Out late mam was a resident in this " luxury care home" from January 2025 after her dementia gradually got worse, so we decided to put her somewhere where we " thought " she would be safe. Man was quite fit and could move around, walk without any aids.
On 21st May 2025, mam got up at 1.30am and
left her room to go down the corridor, she caught her foot on a hoist that had been left out and fell flat on the floor, the carer came out and phoned 111 and not 999 where she lay for 2hrs before the ambulance arrived.
Mam broke her hip, and had to have an operation, mam was in hospital 6 weeks and never recovered, the home was well understaffed, especially for a dementia floor, was badly managed ( from all levels of management) and the fall was not reported to CQC.
Sadly mam passed away on 30th July 2025. And we believe mam would still be here today if it wasn't for the poor management of this care home , it's under the coroners court case now.

Loving, friendly atmosphere in Hampton Manor. My mother has been well looked after & although she was initially apprehensive about moving into the home, she has settled well & is content. I can't speak highly enough of the staff, surroundings, food and activities. Excellent!

I would like very much to, give a huge and 5 star review of the care a dear friend. The staff are absolutely brilliant, caring, empathetic and genuine. The whole staff from seniors to the cleaning staff have endeavoured to make this end of life passing a gentle one
My brother who sat most days has
been given as much care from staff and management, with cups of tea and a caring ear to talk to.
May I say again to all, a huge thank you from both myself and my Brother.

My mother came here for respite and ended up turning to permanent care. Amazing staff very clean. We moved her from another home and best decision we've ever made my mind is always at rest now. Can't thank you the team enough
