On entering this home, the friendly atmosphere greets you. The decor and cleanliness is fabulous. I believe the care is 2nd to none. My friend, being 6 stone, is now 7 stone due to the correct care and attention. I cannot speak highly enough of all concerned. Always a cheery welcome and a smile. Thank

Out late mam was a resident in this " luxury care home" from January 2025 after her dementia gradually got worse, so we decided to put her somewhere where we " thought " she would be safe. Man was quite fit and could move around, walk without any aids.
On 21st May 2025, mam got up at 1.30am and left
her room to go down the corridor, she caught her foot on a hoist that had been left out and fell flat on the floor, the carer came out and phoned 111 and not 999 where she lay for 2hrs before the ambulance arrived.
Mam broke her hip, and had to have an operation, mam was in hospital 6 weeks and never recovered, the home was well understaffed, especially for a dementia floor, was badly managed ( from all levels of management) and the fall was not reported to CQC.
Sadly mam passed away on 30th July 2025. And we believe mam would still be here today if it wasn't for the poor management of this care home , it's under the coroners court case now.

Loving, friendly atmosphere in Hampton Manor. My mother has been well looked after & although she was initially apprehensive about moving into the home, she has settled well & is content. I can't speak highly enough of the staff, surroundings, food and activities. Excellent!

I would like very much to, give a huge and 5 star review of the care a dear friend. The staff are absolutely brilliant, caring, empathetic and genuine. The whole staff from seniors to the cleaning staff have endeavoured to make this end of life passing a gentle one
My brother who sat most days has
been given as much care from staff and management, with cups of tea and a caring ear to talk to.

I would like to say an enormous thank you to everyone at Hampton Manor for looking after my Mother so well


She spent the last few months of her life in comfort in your wonderful home. It was definitely a home away from home and she loved it from the day she moved in.


I would like to convey to

all the staff my deep appreciation for the attentive and exemplary care shown to her at all times. This care was especially appreciated during her last days.


I am more grateful than I can say. You do an amazing job and it is very much appreciated.


The home was excellent in every way, with a real family atmosphere and nothing too much trouble for the staff. The activities for the residents were excellent. I never dreamt that care homes could be this good until we visited Hampton Manor. Amazing place, Amazing staff and amazing care!

Hampton Manor is an amazing and thriving care home. It caters to its individual residents care and support needs. Care is personalised and person centred. The dementia unit is run by some very experienced and caring staff. My Nanna has been a resident for some time now and is always happy, she has her
favourites. The activities she does on a daily basis keeps her mind and body active.
When you visit, you wouldn't think it was a care home. The environment is so welcoming.
My nanna is content and thriving in her surroundings and because of the friendliness of all she is so settled.

I love this home! It's definitely and example of one that others should follow. Always something going on and dad really loves it there. The chefs do a good job as food is important to him. Very impressive building and the staff are amazing too

First time using respite and was very relieved that Mam settled so easily. The staff and management were consistently very friendly and helpful. The building is impressive and very well laid out with sunny day rooms and a relaxed atmosphere.

What a lovely place, I came to visit my grandad and I have to say it's immaculate. The facilities are lovely and the standard of care was great. We were there for their pony event and it was marvellous.

Mum moved into Hampton Manor seven weeks ago. She has settled so well and I believe this is due to the wonderful staff. The staff are kind and caring and treat the residents with dignity and respect like they were their own family and always with a smile. Nothing has been too much trouble accommodating
mum's food and drink choices. Lots of varied activities to keep everyone entertained. Mum loves taking part in them all.

Mam has settled in to Hampton Manor very well. She is joining in with activities and socialising with the other residents and this has improved her mood. The rooms are beautiful and clean the staff are very caring and attentive. All round excellent service. Great to see mam so happy.
