The care that my grandmother got was amazing and I honestly couldn't thank everyone from management to kitchen staff and the care staff. My grandmother always said she would never go into a home but Hampton Manor changed her mind, she enjoyed every minute she had there. The owner is amazing and also
steps up to help around which is amazing and he interacts with everyone there. My grandmother always called it her home at Hampton Manor and even we were made to feel like it was home to ourselves, I honestly couldn't thank everyone enough for the care and love they gave.
I will 110% recommend this home to anyone, my grandmother always loved to talk about how amazing this place is. Again thank you so much for the care and love that you all gave to my grandmother!

Mam settled in to the accommodation immediately and has benefited from socialising with the other residents. The rooms and shared areas are absolutely beautiful and the staff and owners care about all of the residents and the quality of care they are receiving which I have to say I think is 1st class.
Regular activities are arranged and visitors are welcome to join in with whatever is going on. A very lovely place.

My mother was wary at first but she was welcomed with open arms as warm as could be. After the first week, she was completely happy staying at the Hampton Manor telling me how the staff have become her family. I really love and appreciate how the Hampton Manor staff have not only made her feel at home
but also the level of care they have provided my mum has been impeccable and I could not ask anyone or any place other than the Hampton Manor and their staff to look after the wellbeing of my mum the way they have.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the care my grandma receives at Hampton Manor. From the moment she arrived, the staff have been incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to her well-being.

Our mother had a respite stay here at Hampton Manor for 10 days. She was very apprehensive beforehand, but the staff were so lovely and caring that by the end of her stay when I went to pick her up she said she couldn't believe it was time to come home. She was very well cared for and enjoyed all the
company and activities, as well as the meals, and she is a very fussy eater! Can't thank the staff enough for looking after her so well.

My dad completed a 15-day stay for respite while I was on holiday. He was really well looked after, the staff were all friendly and so helpful. They made a massive difference knowing he was being taken care of to a very high standard. The care home is very clean and it has been decorated well. The food
was excellent. I will definitely use this care home again for respite. Thank you.

Such a good experience with this care home, the staff are so friendly and really do make it feel like a home for the residents. The facilities here are amazing it almost feels like a hotel! From the cinema room, the hair and nail salon with the beautiful flower wall and the bar! There are also activities
which they run throughout the week. The TVs in the room come with tv programs which I just logged in on my account and we love having movie days together - that's when I can pull her away from all her friends she made! It's such a clean and modern home and truly has such a different feel than just a care home. A big thank you to everyone there for making it a seamless and exciting transition.

My grandmother has been at Hampton Manor for over a month, and our family are incredibly grateful for the care she receives. The staff are compassionate and dedicated, always ensuring the residents are comfortable and well looked after. The environment is warm and welcoming, with clean, spacious rooms
and inviting communal areas.
The food is nutritious and delicious, and the variety of activities keeps my grandmother engaged and happy. Communication with the staff is excellent, providing us with peace of mind. My grandmother feels safe, respected, and valued, and she has made wonderful friends.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care my loved one has received at Hampton Manor. The moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with warmth and compassion. My grandmother is in Hampton Manor and from the very first get-go the home has been a pleasure. It really is of posh hotel standards. So beautiful and the staff are absolutely brilliant. I visited my grandmother and the chef asked if I would like to have dinner with her which was very nice. Banana split
was devine too. She is extremely happy at Hampton Manor and I love visiting her regularly.

My aunty has recently moved into Arlington Care. We viewed 6 different care homes before choosing Hampton Manor. It was an easy decision, the premises were high quality and one of the higher-end care facilities that we found. The most important thing for our decision was somewhere very nice with high
standards for care and the facilities immediately upon arrival were very nice. After an in-depth discussion we found that the quality of care was also very good, in particular, we really liked the focus on activities and that there was a dedicated person whose responsibility is to ensure there are consistent activities (including an on-site salon which we really liked)
