I recently had a very serious operation, and my husband is unable to walk because of a stroke 6 years ago. He is permanently in a wheelchair. We needed to be looked after, so we went to Foley Grange for 4 weeks. We were made to feel very welcome. We were looked after very well and met some very kind
people. Michelle, the manager, was so good to us, and Beth showed us around. All the staff were so kind and helpful to us. The Grange is spotlessly clean at all times.

We have been visiting our aunt for the past 15 months. We can honestly say that she is very happy and loves all the staff and they all speak highly of her.Her care is paramount to us and any problems seem to be addressed extremely quickly and a few times she has been taken to hospital as a safeguard
as she does suffer from chokes occasionally. They look after her very well.A lovely caring atmosphere exists in the home and there is always something going on for residents to enjoy.

Mum moved into Foley Grange during mid February 2026, initially on respite care/ trial period, due to her advancing dementia. My father and I had been considering specialist care for some months as this has been a life changing decision for all of us. From my very first telephone call with Beth, we
have been welcomed and supported, with mum settling into the facilities and routines from day one. It is a huge step when caring for a loved one living with Alzheimer's, and we are still getting used to mum living away from the family home. Foley have been simply wonderful in how they have supported us as a family, and we still can't believe how smooth the whole process has been. Nothing is too much trouble, Michelle and all her team have been incredibly calm, kind and helpful in providing much needed reassurance and assistance when we visit and when we are checking in on mum by phone. The facilities are modern, purpose built, clean and calming which has made us confident in our choice.

I had a lovely week's respite in Foley Grange. The staff were delightful. I gave a lower score to activities because there were not enough activities planned, and the activities just did not happen. I can understand why, as there was not enough enthusiasm from the residents.
The food and drink had
a satisfactory score due to the poor communication bettween kitchen and dining room, the menus were not accurate.
But all in all, a very pleasant stay thanks to a team of kind, dedicated staff. Thank you.

The home is always clean, and the staff are kind and welcoming. The only criticism I have is that the windows, when illness is present is not helpful for residents or visitors. Appreciate that there isn't much to be done with that, but maybe outside or garden visits could be arranged.

Over the Christmas period and through difficult times with the flu epidemic, the care and safety of all residents was paramount, with communication and standards raised to ensure all residents were kept safe.
It is really good to know that Norman is in a safe place, whatever the circumstances, it
gives great comfort to all of the family, which is really important to all of us.

My grandad has recently moved to Foley Grange and can not fault the facilities and environment he is in. Foley Grange is a warm, clean, beautiful care home I've ever seen. Staff are friendly, welcoming and ensure our family that my grandad is in safe hands and can see how well cared for he is. It
has taken time for him to settle and work together for this to happen.

I am the daughter of a resident, and I am so impressed by the care given to my dad. Meal times are made a real event with a nice setting of tables and good choices on the menu. My dad is given the freedom to help set up and clear away, which is very important to him. Everywhere is so clean with no
smelly wee like other homes I have visited.

My wife has been a resident of Foley Grange since May 2025.
In that time, I have found the staff sympathetic, helpful and patient. They have not only dealt professionally with the temperament issue of my wife in the early days, but also helped me during a difficult time with their kindness &
sympathy.
They have also kept me and my family informed of my wife's progress during this sad decline.

I stayed at Foley Grange in Kidderminster for 10days after my hip replacement surgery. The facilities were easily accessible on crutches and the lovely carers were always on hand to help with the compression stockings. It was a wonderful rest with great food, tea and coffee whenever I wanted it
and always someone friendly to chat to. The long corridor provided a great area for me to do some gentle walking every day. The residents were so welcoming but most of all I got a complete rest which was a great start to my recovery.

My mum has been part of the Foley Grange family for nearly 2 years. Today we were able to use the facilities to organise a 95th party for her. The staff were exceptionally willing and helpful. Chef provided sandwiches and a cake and everything we asked for was granted. We would like to thank all the
staff for the love and care they show to all the residents. Growing old can be challenging and it is a relief to our family to know mum is being looked after so well.
