I find visiting my brother a lovely experience knowing he is so well cared for.

From the moment we walked into Studley Rose the home was inviting, the staff friendly and welcoming. My sister in law was recently bereaved and so distressed at losing her life partner. The whole staff couldn't have been more caring and compassionate to her and us her family. The atmosphere has been wonderful for her and gradually she has been getting use to her new surroundings.

From the first assessment of my mom in hospital and the transition into the home was excellent with Faye & Carla professional and helpful. The home is clean tidy & friendly. Staff are always helpful and available if you need to speak to someone. I am so grateful that my mom now looks so much better.

My dad has been at Studley Rose for over 3 years now, and I can't say enough good things about the care he receives. All the staff - nurses, carers, housekeepers, activities, management and admin alike - are consistently kind and patient. They treat my dad with genuine respect and compassion, and he definitely feels like a much loved member of the Studley Rose family. The home is clean, welcoming, secure and has amazing facilities. I appreciate how staff take the time to keep us updated, answer questions, and involve families in care decisions. Knowing that our lovely dad is somewhere safe, supportive and caring gives our whole family peace of mind. We are very grateful for the outstanding care he receives at Studley Rose. Highly recommend!

My friend has been at Studley Rose for about 6 weeks and I'm very impressed with the care she has received. The staff are truly lovely, warm, welcoming and very attentive to her needs. They have taken great care in supporting her personal hygiene as she always looks well cared for and comfortable. The rooms are clean, tidy and well maintained creating a calm and pleasant environment for residents. The food is excellent too. What really sets this care home apart is the staff. Their kindness, patience and genuine commitment to residents have made all the difference.

My stepdad has been here for just over a week. Every time I come to visit him (Collum) all the staff are kind and they keep my dad comfortable. Cannot thank you enough.

This is my first experience of a care home. What a fab home it is. Everyone I speak to is lovely, including the residents. They ensure our stepfather is comfortable and that's all you can ask for, so thank you.

Studley Rose Care Home was recommended to us by a friend. We are absolutely over the moon my mother has settled in so well and she has been looked after and is 100% better now than she has been in a long time. The staff are so nice and cannot do enough for you. We are so glad that she was accepted.

I can't fault this care home for their kindness to me and my friends who required respite care for their mother following the death of their father . In particular Carla and Donna (deputy manager) were very kind , sympathetic and extremely caring to everyone involved . Knowing that mother is somewhere safe with people who are a credit to the organisation and the profession gives us comfort at a very difficult time

From the moment my father went into the home, the staff treated my father with respect and dignity. Staff treated us as a family with empathy. Nothing was too much trouble. My dad settled in very well, more so than his previous home. I cannot fault anyone within the home. They are truly inspirational and should be proud. Like a second family.

My mother Barbara has been a resident in Studley Rose since 2023 (January 23rd). The care home is situated just a short distance from where she lived in Studley, for almost sixty years. We could not wish for her to be in a better place, the staff are friendly, kind and efficient, and go out of their way to go that extra mile when it has been necessary. Excellent all round.

The end of life care my mother has received and still receiving has been amazing. All of the staff have been so kind and caring to mum and all of the family. Mum has been here over 3 months they made mum comfortable on day 1. We will always thank staff for the care she has received.

The entire team at Studley Rose Care Home are fantastic and care deeply, professionally , sensitively and flexibly, and my father has been very well looked after. Initially he was fairly mobile when he first moved in and was able to get around, walk in the garden, etc, and the care team were supportive and helped motivate him and helped him to settle in and enjoy the environment, but since he has had a stroke his needs have been greater and the nursing and care team have adapted to help give him the additional help he needs. The home itself is great, a lovely 'hotel-style' environment with the various lounges, garden, cinema, etc, but it is the staff - management / reception/ nurses/ carers/ catering/ hosts/ entertainment/ laundry/ cleaning - who are all so positive, warm and friendly that makes it such a great place for him (and the other residents) to relax and enjoy life. Dad has been a memory care resident for almost one year. During that time the team at Studley Rose have gone above and beyond to help him settle and thrive. We experienced the loss of my mum earlier this year and the level of care and compassion has been outstanding. I am so thankful to have found a safe and excellent place for dad's long term care.

Had to find a care home at short notice- visited several and Studley Rose was by far the best. Very welcoming and feel my husband is well looked after. His room is very pleasant and always clean- pleased the windows are opened for fresh air. Friends and relatives who have visited are always impressed.

My family are very happy with the care provided for my 97 yr old mother with alzheimers. My mum always has clean clothes on, never clothes which are soiled. All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble if anything extra is required, and the food is always very nice with large portions. All the rooms are very well furnished and equipped and always very clean, as are the communal areas. The are lots of activities put on for the residents.

My wife has been at Studley Rose for a month now under respite care. She was so warmly welcomed by all and the care and compassion has be excellent and consistent throughout, allowing her to settle in well with no anxiety. This has in turn allowed the family to relax knowing that she is in good and safe hands and are now confident to extend her stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending Studley Rose to any family and their loves one.
