Level 2 nursing care, the staff are incredible they have shown my mum and our family so much love & care it felt like an extended family. We are so pleased we chose Bridgewater Manor to look after our precious mum.
The staff kept us informed in all stages of Mums care, the ups & downs, total
transparency.

All the staff, whatever their roles, are cheerful, welcoming and supportive, not only towards the residents but to relatvies and friends, too. This creates a relaxed, family atmosphere. My husband, a resident, says that he likes to sit in the lounge because everyone helps each other.
Everywhere
always smells fresh and I'm impressed by the level of cleanliness. Food and drinks are plentiful and nicely presented. Should I need a care home in the future Bridgewater Manor is the one for me.

I wanted to share some positive feedback following a recent conversation with the DOLS assessor.
During the discussion, I spoke about how amazing the carers have been with my great auntie. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care have made such a difference, and it is very reassuring for our
family.
The assessor also commented that Bridgewater Manor is one of the best care homes she visits. She mentioned that she particularly enjoys her visits because any member of staff she speaks to is able to confidently talk about residents and demonstrate a clear understanding of their needs.
This reflects a very high standard of care and teamwork, and I felt it was important to pass this on.

My dad has been living at Bridgewater Manor for around nine months now. He was struggling at home and we were finding it impossible to support him properly due to the distance between us. Since dad has been here, we have noticed an enormous improvement in his health and his general wellbeing. He has
developed a fabulous rapport with the staff, and he likes and trusts them. He talks about how kind, caring and helpful they all are. All staff are extremely knowledgeable and very approachable. Nothing is too much trouble. The home is safe, warm and runs smoothly and efficiently. We couldn't be happier with the care Dad is receiving at this wonderful home.

My father was always treated with respect and kindness from all of the staff who came into contact with him. As did our family visiting.
The care home and its grounds were always immaculate, always clean and in good working order.
All aspects of my father's care were taken care of, before we were
even aware of them.
The care delivered at Bridgewater Manor exceeded our expectations.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this care home and the incredible care they provide to my friend. From the moment you walk through the door, it's clear that this is a place where people genuinely matter. The staff are not only highly professional and attentive, but also exceptionally
kind, patient, and compassionate in everything they do. I can say that Harley is fantastic has a positive attitude and is approachable. Sharon too. All the staff are fantastic.

Its difficult talking to him as his memory is bad. Seeing him go down the nick is very upsetting.

My mother has been a resident here for 2 years plus. I am very happy with the care she receives and the activities she likes to partake in. They have a good variety of food and the rooms are spotless.

All staff are very caring and friendly. They engage with my mum and have some banter, which she loves. The activities are great and she really enjoys them especially sing a longs and dancing.

Carers are excellent and really know the residents and their needs. They treat mum with dignity and respect and will go the extra mile if theire is anything she needs. Great having regular teams and staffing. Recently the activities have a programme, which is more varied and it is good there is
something on every day.
Management are not always on site which would be useful to support staff if needed. Communication could be improved eg: wasn't told about flu injection.

Mum was only resident at Bridgewater Manor for a couple of months before she sadly passed away. In that short time the care she got was next to none. Everyone from caterers to wellbeing staff, reception, managers and the carers/nurses were friendly helpful & always cheerful. The care mum received
when end of life was fantastic. The carers dedication to excellent standards of care & knowledge. Each & every one were very kind & compassionate to the family, we were regularly updated & kept informed of decisions. They insisted mum stayed in her own room despite weekly nursing care at the end/ This meant the nurses came down to oversee her needs which meant mum & the family were with the carers we knew & they knew her too.

I feel that my mother, who is bed bound, is very well looked after. She is always clean and she tells me (when she is able) that all the staff are angels. All the staff have plenty of time for me when I ask questions about my mum's care.

A nice warm welcome from the receptionist. A beautiful home, the compassion and consideration they showed were second to none. Residents engaging in activities and looked very happy and content. The room is of a high standard and we have peace of mind knowing my aunty is being cared for and is safe.

I am very pleased to be a resident at Bridgewater Manor Care Centre. I always feel safe and cared for with staff available quickly at the press of my call button. Food and snacks are available always at the specified time. My room is always clean and immaculate. All members of staff have the initial
obligatory qualification for a place like this - cheerful and anticipation of likely hazards.

The centre has been a haven for me during a very difficult period - the kindness I have received has been extraordinary. Basically, it has been a taster of what could be needed in the future and I would be very happy to return here.

The care home has welcomed Mum so much, the staff, from the reception staff to all the carers have all been lovely. They keep me informed at all times to Mam's needs and medical issues. I am so grateful to each and every one of them for the care and dedication they have given Mum. Hopefully, she
will settle in and regard it as her home.
