I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this care home and the incredible care they provide to my friend. From the moment you walk through the door, it's clear that this is a place where people genuinely matter. The staff are not only highly professional and attentive, but also exceptionally
kind, patient, and compassionate in everything they do. I can say that Harley is fantastic has a positive attitude and is approachable. Sharon too. All the staff are fantastic.

Its difficult talking to him as his memory is bad. Seeing him go down the nick is very upsetting.

My mother has been a resident here for 2 years plus. I am very happy with the care she receives and the activities she likes to partake in. They have a good variety of food and the rooms are spotless.

All staff are very caring and friendly. They engage with my mum and have some banter, which she loves. The activities are great and she really enjoys them especially sing a longs and dancing.

Carers are excellent and really know the residents and their needs. They treat mum with dignity and respect and will go the extra mile if theire is anything she needs. Great having regular teams and staffing. Recently the activities have a programme, which is more varied and it is good there is
something on every day.
Management are not always on site which would be useful to support staff if needed. Communication could be improved eg: wasn't told about flu injection.

Mum was only resident at Bridgewater Manor for a couple of months before she sadly passed away. In that short time the care she got was next to none. Everyone from caterers to wellbeing staff, reception, managers and the carers/nurses were friendly helpful & always cheerful. The care mum received
when end of life was fantastic. The carers dedication to excellent standards of care & knowledge. Each & every one were very kind & compassionate to the family, we were regularly updated & kept informed of decisions. They insisted mum stayed in her own room despite weekly nursing care at the end/ This meant the nurses came down to oversee her needs which meant mum & the family were with the carers we knew & they knew her too.

I feel that my mother, who is bed bound, is very well looked after. She is always clean and she tells me (when she is able) that all the staff are angels. All the staff have plenty of time for me when I ask questions about my mum's care.

A nice warm welcome from the receptionist. A beautiful home, the compassion and consideration they showed were second to none. Residents engaging in activities and looked very happy and content. The room is of a high standard and we have peace of mind knowing my aunty is being cared for and is safe.

I am very pleased to be a resident at Bridgewater Manor Care Centre. I always feel safe and cared for with staff available quickly at the press of my call button. Food and snacks are available always at the specified time. My room is always clean and immaculate. All members of staff have the initial
obligatory qualification for a place like this - cheerful and anticipation of likely hazards.

The centre has been a haven for me during a very difficult period - the kindness I have received has been extraordinary. Basically, it has been a taster of what could be needed in the future and I would be very happy to return here.

The care home has welcomed Mum so much, the staff, from the reception staff to all the carers have all been lovely. They keep me informed at all times to Mam's needs and medical issues. I am so grateful to each and every one of them for the care and dedication they have given Mum. Hopefully, she
will settle in and regard it as her home.

Very good. Very comfortable, and they have everything you need. The people are very friendly. Well-informed of everything that's going on. Would like a slight improvement on the food - more options and better taste but mostly good. Thank you.

My mother-in-law went into Bridgewater Manor Care Centre in November 2023 until she passed away recently. From the very beginning, she was treated with respect and care which was second to none. The staff quickly got to know her personality and quirkiness and dealt with her with ease and care, which
I'm sure wasn't always easy. The place itself is lovely, we could turn up at any time and find her well cared for in all ways. Latterly, when she became unwell, the care, concern and empathy shown was amazing. She was always clean, looked after and comfortable, whatever time of day we arrived. The staff in the dementia unit in particular are an absolute credit to the home and we can't thank them enough for everything, their care, concern and love and support were amazing. Thank you to you all.

My husband was in Bridgewater Manor Care Centre for six months until he passed away in January.
I am very happy with the way he had been looked after then. I have no hesitation to recommend to my friends to send their loved one if they needed.

More than pleased with Mam's care. The only way I can describe Bridgewater Manor Care Centre is fantastic. 10/10. All the staff were caring and attentive to Mam's needs. Thank you all for looking after her, she was a one-off. I thank you one and all from the bottom of my heart.

Very caring staff, nice warm welcome every time we visit the home. Activities are fantastic for residents and visitors. So glad we got my mother-in-law in this home. Very happy with everyone involved.

My father recently passed away, at age 96, at Bridgewater Manor Care Centre. He had been a resident since April 2023. I cannot adequately put into words my gratitude and admiration for all the staff who cared for him. I had intended tell highlight certain members of staff, but quite, honestly, every
one of them was kind, gentle and compassionate, not only to my father but to myself and my family at a very difficult time. They were marvellous. Thank you.
