My Mum moved permanently to the care home in early December. She absolutely loves it there. The staff are amazing and she really enjoys the food and all the activities. Have seen a really positive change in her since she moved there.

My Mother was in for four weeks rest bite, during her stay she has improved her mobility and confidence. We found the Staff were all polite, helpful and friendly.
My mum joined in with the various activities and enjoyed them, her morning exercises with Janett, the weekly bingo. Her biggest
highlight was the performance of calamity Jane which she loved as it was from her era. She had fun and laughs with the halloween activites.

We are extremely happy with the care and service provided to our mum by Liberton Care Home. The staff are very caring and active with the residents and it is a comfort to know that she is being looked after by such kind, attentive, professional people. The atmosphere in the home is one of positivity
from the manager, through to the nursing staff, catering, activities team and cleaners. It is also a beautiful, clean, spacious, modern building for families to visit and this is very important. We had no idea such an amazing place existed before we had to find a residential place for mum, and Liberton Brae has been a true revelation.

Care homes are not places that most people think about until you have to deal with one - I certainly didn't.
The staff and management of Liberton Brae provide a high level of service and are helpful, caring and attentive. They deliver a high level of care and compassion in what are often difficult
circumstances.

My experience with liberton care has been fantastic,
I am confident that my mum is in the best place that meet all her needs.
I know the staff are doing the best for the residents which is very reassuring when putting your trust in somebody else too look after you're loved one.

We are very happy with Liberton Brae Care Home thanks to its great staff, lovely facilities, spaciousness and location. It is a light, bright and airy accommodation thanks to its many windows, as well as being warm and comfortable. The roof garden is a lovely addition in the sunshine. Cleanliness
is of a very high standard and menus are given thoughtful consideration. Staff are welcoming and do their best to get to know both the individual residents and also their families. Weekly newsletters help to keep everyone informed. The Activities Team make a real effort and difference to the overall environment. Regular entertainment takes place and outdoor trips happen when possible. The whole team are always very approachable and willing to help and families are always made to feel very welcome. Overall, we would definitely recommend comings to Liberton Brae Care Home.

Can't praise this Care Home highly enough. All staff we have encountered treat resident's with the utmost care and respect. Everyone from the managerial team ,nursing team, to caterers ,cleaners, laundry and activity team create a fun friendly environment. We are always made to feel welcome and
involved in our mothers Care. Mum enjoys being pampered in the Hair Salon and participating in the numerous activity offerings .We regularly pop in for a coffee to the Bistro and make good use of The Snoozy Snug. She recently enjoyed a Canal Boat trip and thoroughly enjoyed the experience .

All the staff are friendly and caring. The care home is always clean and tidy. Everyone is helpful if we need help with anything. Food is always plentiful and looks great. It's a bright, modern home, not an old-fashioned home. Feels more like you are in a Hotel.

Mum entered Liberton Brae nursing care home shortly after it had opened and since she moved there we have been highly impressed with :
1. The standard & quality of care she has received and the personal care she has received. Staff and leadership know her well and make every effort to listen to her
and provide the best care for her .
2. How leadership has a clear shared development plan and consequently put excellent systems and efficient , caring staff in place improvements to every aspect of care take place
3. How well staff and management listen to feedback / requests from focus groups and relatives and subsequently put into motion new ideas , activities , facilities such.
4. Efficiency of communication in all aspects of medical care and great organised of varied events .

My mother is well settled in the care home. Her dementia has worsened over the last year so she is less able to take part in activities and is frequently tired but enjoys the ones she participates in. There are lots of things going on in and out the care home run by a very enthusiastic team who
seem to know the residents well. Recently a team member has kindly made a playlist for Mum sent by my brother and myself and installed it on her music provider for when she is in her room. Mum is often awake at night making her tired in the morning and her needs for rest are taken on board. My brother and myself are always kept up to date with any changes and are very happy with the care provided at Liberton Brae.

My mum has been in the home for four months and loves it. Everyone is exceptionally kind and caring. She is taking part in the activities provided and really enjoying them. She loves when they have guest singers to entertain and she can have a dance!!

We cannot recommend this care home highly enough, there is not a single category where we feel there is any room for improvement. The care and support, the staff and management, the communications and facilities are all quite excellent and we are delighted and comforted to know that our family
member is being treated with such dignity, compassion and professionalism.

Liberton Brae Care Home is a beautiful care home, always very clean and has a very high standard of decoration and equitment .Staff are very friendly and always speak to residents by name. Staff have a very professional outlook on care and are well trained. Encaging with the residents is a high
priority for staff. Activities are first class and residents are encouraged to join in. Would highly recommend Liberton Care Home.

The place is stunning like a lovely hotel rather than a care home , lovely & homely , extremely clean and staff are lovely! Most of all my dad is very well cared for and happy!
My dad was the very first resident there when it opened and he loves it is very settled!

My Mum has Alzheimer's and has lived at Liberton Brae care home for a year and a half .The care she has received has been wonderful .The staff all do an amazing job and are friendly ,thoughtful and caring . There is good communication from staff to me regarding my Mums health and well being

My only concern is Bobbys Bar cleanliness could be improved. The tables and floor could be cleaner (more regular) lack of cleaning fluids and clean dish towels. Otherwise, this is a fantastic facility within the home which we use most days.

The care home is well run with many of the staff providing outstanding care.
I feel my mum is very well looked after and any issues are always addressed and dealt with promptly.
I have no concerns whatsoever.

Staff are outstanding. Top quality care and beautiful home. Lots of activities to be involved in too. Clean, bright and comfortable home. Lovely touches, particularly things like on site salon, bobbys bar and the roof garden. Food is always appealing and loving the around the world menus on
