Will make sure that the staff remind her when the monthly in-house church service is taking place. There is also a weekly service live stream in the lounge or staff can arrange a private viewing in her room.

Many thanks for your feedback. Its much appreciated as it really helps us to improve and make the home a more comfortable place for our residents . We have discussed your comment about cleanliness in the bistro with the team and from yesterday we increased the number of times that our domestic team will clean this area. I hope that this will help. As you are aware Bobby's Bistro is self manned but we try to have a staff member assisting there for part of each day who will make sure that the tables/bistro are kept clean. The domestic team will leave out more dish towels however we cannot leave out cleaning products for health and safety reasons.
