It took Alan Glaze a while to get used to Jasmine Court thanks to the hard work of the amazing staff, he is now very happy and not moving from Jasmine Court. Everyone is also very mindful about how the resident family are, as it is a stressful time for family and friends. The staff are always laughing
and joking with each other, which means to me they are happy working at Jasmine Court. They are angels.

Residents here have many complex care needs and advanced dementia illnesses, so it can be a difficult place to be at times. The staff are, however, positive, cheerful and uplifting and appear to have genuine joy and pride in what they do. This is the difference that makes a visit to your loved one an
enjoyable and rewarding experience. The difference in my sister's well-being, contentment and happiness has been outstanding and a huge relief to the family. We can see that patient care, respect and dignity are a priority.

Absolutely wonderful place. My mum has struggled at her old accommodation after an Alzheimer's diagnosis, and i had constant worry about her mental heath and wellbeing .
Since mum moved to Haslingden hall all my worries have gone away. Nathan, Helen, Sarah and all the staff have been incredible. All
staff appear highly trained. Loving and compassionate around my mum. From the first meeting with Nathan we knew mum would be safe and cared for.
The change in my mum has been night and day. She is so happy in her new surroundings, and it's incredible to see.
It's also wonderful to see the updates on social media and some of the fantastic engaging activities.
Thank you everyone at Haslingden Hall

We are overall very happy with the level of care. We beieve staff are trying their best but def feel more staff could be available. Our sister has complex needs & staff do not always have the time required to provide this - we understand this is not their fault. Sometimes sister's buzzer goes for a
long time before response. Communication & passing on information between staff/shifts could be better. Management good & friendly & intentions are always good to help as much as possible.

Staff turnover a management has been quite poor. First manager was highly visible, the rest, not so much. Feel residents are not stimulated enough as staff are always busy. Agency staff don't seem interested at times, and some of them are very hard for me to understand, never mind the residents. Staff
that have been there a long time are brilliant. Also upsetting is the fact that they don't have any transport to take the residents on outings, which I feel would benefit the majority. Agency staff also should read residents care plan.

My father came into Haslingden Hall after he had been in hosptial for several weeks. Haslingden Hall have been great, my dad's got better and better every week. He's the best he's been in a long time. He is treated well, and all the staff are very friendly and do a good job. Everyone is very polite,
and it's very clean. I am very happy with the standard of care my dad is receiving.

My sister has been a resident for over two years. During this time she has been very well cared for. The carers and nursing staff go above and beyond. Maybe not the fanciest care home but the care given is first class. The staff provide a good range of activities and entertainment for the residents.
The staff are always approachable and they know the residents so well. The staff are the real stars.
