My mum has really settled in and all the staff are so helpful and friendly. The care my mum has received has been excellent. I noticed she had a cough and told the staff. They were already aware of this and have arranged a visit from the Doctor.

From the first time we met with the staff we knew we had chosen the right surroundings for my dad. The staff are compassionate and extremely caring about the residents. Although it was a very short stay, I am glad it was at Kingsley. A massive thank you to everyone for making my dad comfortable in his final days.

I don't know where to start. My dad was taken in on Wednesday 2nd September and passed away the following Wednesday. He was there for such a short space of time. Every single person in Kingsley, hawkhead road paisley were just so so kind. Very loving and professional. Nothing was too much for them with my dad. I genuinely have no words that could describe my feelings and the family's as Karen, Sharon, Antonia and all the staff treated dad like their own family. The care and attention was absolutely second to none. The overall feeling I have for Kingsley is they gave my dad his dignity back since leaving the hospital. Only there a very very short time and left a lasting impression on the staff who were very tearful when he passed. I would 100% recommend this home to anyone looking for somewhere for their elderly. A very modern home every part of it is spotless and any residents I've seen are all very happy looking , dressed very smartly. It helps that the place is very well run.

My Dad has been resident here for the past few weeks and seems much happier than he was before. There have been no problems with his care....I think that he is well looked after. The staff are always smiley, helpfull and friendly.

The way the activities team approach their job is remarkable. They are always cheerful, helpful and approachable. I have never seen two people put so much time, effort and thought into keeping the residents entertained. They are both wonderful people and staff members. Nothing is too much and they have to look after/interact with so many residents and families. The variety of activities is great and gives the residents choices and different things to engage in. I can't praise Kelly and Cesar enough. I also wish to mention how great Natalie, Roy, Red, Cheryl, Stacey, Debbie, Jo and Matt are as well. Wonderful people.

Mum has lovely care. Everyone chats to her as if she is one of the family. Mum is very confused but the staff gently remind her of what is happening. All staff are friendly and when they talk to mum she always has a laugh. I can't comment on the activities as Mum can't remember doing them! Photos home of her joining in would be useful.

My mum came to Jasmine Court on a short term bed placement after a stroke. Having been so impressed by the wonderful care to both mum (and her equally anxious daughter!) making this big life change, it is likely well now make mum's place permanent. She's safe and genuinely cared for; what a relief.

The Liberton Brae care home is outstanding in its situation, building and facilities. From the start, everyone made us feel very welcome and we felt that Dad was well cared for during his 2 week stay. His room was superb and he thought of it as the Royal Suite! STaff treated him with respect and he enjoyed talking with the activities co-ordinators too. He is very active on the internet, reading his newspapers on a tablet, and he found that the internet dropped out quite frequently :-). Thank you to everyone for their kindness and care to us all.

Needs more parking space.

The activities at the care home are fantastic and bring so much joy to the residents! There is always something fun and meaningful to take part in. The team put so much thought and effort into planning a variety of activities that suit different interests and abilities. Everyone within the home works so hard to create a safe, welcoming caring environment. The kindness and dedication shown everyday makes such a positive difference to the lives of the residents and their families. My mom is very happy in the home, thankyou for making each day enjoyable and helping residents feel valued included and inspired

I cannot thank everyone at the care home enough for the care and kindness they show everyday. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by reception staff that are always friendly, helpful & welcoming. The activities team deserve a special praise for providing a wide variety of enjoyable and engaging activities that keep residents active, entertained, and socially involved. They put so much thought and effort into making every day enjoyable. Laundry staff do an excellent job ensuring residents clothes are clean, fresh and well cared for, housekeeping also do a great job, the home is clean and maintained. Carers are patient, attentive, nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them

This is an excellent care home.The rooms are amazingly well equipped and maintained.If residents need any extras they are readily privided if possible.The home is clean and welcoming set in beautiful surroundings.Staff work well together and know each resident as as an individual and tailor their approach to their needs.Residents are free to stay in their rooms or use the communal facilities.The manager is helpful and maintains regular contact with relatives through a weekly e mail and events are advertised at the entrance.Administrative staff are pleasant and efficient and resolve any issues quickly.Residents have a choice of food and those who stay in their rooms are provuded with the menu so tgey can choose from a wide range of options. This is a real gem of a home and my friend has been privileged to be placed here.

My mother has been a resident here for 8 months i have no complaints, staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Have no hesitation in recommending this home.

Our mothers care is excellent the staff are dedicated professionals who ensure that she is not only supported but cared for. Her care is unique to her complex needs and the staff cater for all her needs with love and support. They communicate well with her and her family

My uncle has been in this home for two years now and said he would never move and I agree with him couldn't ask for a better care home for him staff are excellent and on hand at all times and nothing ever a problem for any of the staff never have any concerns about my uncle being very well looked after all in all and excellent care home that I would very highly recommend without a doubt amazing

Very happy with how well my mum is cared for. The staff in Karnoch Unit treat my mum with dignity + respect. All mums care needs are met to a high standard. couldn't have picked a better care home for my mum to be looked after in.

Residents are treated with respect and dignity. Staff are attentive to residents needs and show how good they are on a daily basis. We are kept up to speed with any changes and our input is listened to.

All staff are excellent with my brother.

Can not fault any service provided by the team @ Carnbroe Care Centre. Uncle very well looked after. No complaints at all. All staff a credit to the company.
