My mother has lived at The Glen for the last three months, and my family and I have nothing but praise for all concerned, from the welcome I received when I came to do my initial look around until today. All staff are friendly, caring, professional and always look smart. The housekeepers never stop,
and carers are always attentive. Your activity ladies are brilliant, with varying events and helping everyone to join in. A very big thank you for all the above.

All the staff know us well and are always friendly welcoming and warm. Can discuss any concerns we have easily and they are always dealt with promptly. The staff know mum well and respond well to her needs. Food good and cleaning excellent. Mum's room always appears clean and tidy. Laundry much improved,
no missing clothes and clothes ironed and hung up. Activity staff go over and beyond and create great events.

My mum is really well cared for at the Glen the home is always very clean. The environment is modern, bright and airy. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Some of the regular staff have know us for years and go the extra mile to ensure mum is comfortable and activity staff try really hard to engage residents
and put on many different events and opportunities as they can.The staff are really responsive to mums health needs and are pro-active. They always involve us.

We chose glen care home for our dad as when we visited everyone was so welcoming and we were taken around by a member of staff who talked everything through about where dad would be and all the options they offered on a daily basis to incorporate his needs, we were very happy and dad got moved here
and was greated by everyone with a big smile and they made his room accessible so they could tend to his every need, another member of staff was amazing and he gave her a big smile, albeit a very short stay sadly cannot give them enough praise and would recommend this care/nursing home to people 100%x Thanks xx

My mother and father in Law both live at this home and are very happy and settled here . The staff are fantastic and show great care for the residents. The care is personalised and they try hard to cater for individual needs and preferences. Staff are always approachable and nothing is too much trouble
.

My mum passed away peacefully yesterday in Haslingden Hall. She had spent the last 3 months of her life here, and as a family, we could not be more grateful to each and every one of the staff. The genuine concern and care shone through every single day. At the end, it was because of the care for all
the family that it was a painless and peaceful passing.

My husband has only been a resident for 4 weeks and finances have not been settled yet so I can't answer that question.
My husband had problems settling in but seems not to be too distressed now and I hope he settles.

My mother stayed at Haslingden Hall for 5 months, from Nov to April 2025. She was well looked after throughout her stay - the staff were always find, courteous, and treated my mum with dignity and respect. My mother was bedbound, but staff always took time to come and speak with her and offer her company,
as well as doing some activities with her in her room. The team sourced additional equipment - an adjustable bed and chair to better support her needs and made a fuss of her birthday, with a beautiful hand-baked cake, which she really appreciated. I would like to thank each and every one of the amazing team for their care.

Our family have nothing but praise for Jasmine Court. Every single one of the team here are caring, compassionate and professional in their duties. The experience that they gave dad although he was only resident for a short period went above and beyond what we could possibly have expected. We were welcomed
into Jasmine Court as a family and felt surrounded by people who cared. Thank you everybody for making a difficult time really special.

Jasmine Court Residential

My mother-in-law moved to Jasmine Court in early March. Having been living alone since her Alzheimer's diagnosis, it had become apparent that she was no longer safe on her own and we started looking for a suitable home for her where she would feel cared for, and loved. We visited lots of homes and
Jasmine, by far, was the one that we felt was the right environment for Mum.
The manager and the whole team made moving Mum into the home so much easier by helping us through the process every step of the way. All the staff show us every single day in their actions and behaviours that we have made the right choice and we would not want to move her anywhere else. The whole team are like a family and this extends to the residents living in the home - we couldn't ask for more.

My Mum was moved to Jasmine Court (from a temporary placement) on the 13th March 2025. The manager and the team have made this process easy, fluent, and as comfortable as possible. For Mum, my wife and I, the process was one filled with many issues and questions, all of which were dealt with in a
timely, professional, and sensitive manner. The care Mum now gets is excellent.

This is a lovely care home. My Aunt is well cared for, her room is lovely. It is always clean and warm, although we once found her duvet had no cover and labelled clothing has gone missing a few times - quite common across the care sector.
The food is plentiful and looks more than adequate.
The sandwiches
aren't always great, not much filling, but the soup always smells really nice.
My Aunt will not leave her room, but staff are always popping in and out with drinks and to check she is good.
Her health is well monitored and medically she is well cared for.
Staff are warm and friendly.
The Managers are approachable and responsive.
All in all it is a good place for her to spend the last years of her life and we have no concerns at all about her well-being and safety.

My Mum is very well cared for. The staff are friendly and patient.
There are lots of different activities going on each week to keep the residents minds active and bodies agile. A lot of singing, students from the local school go in and do activities with the residents as do toddler groups.
Staff
arrange social activities for families and friends as well as residents and have fund raising events.
I am very pleased my Mum lives there.
