From the first time we met with the staff we knew we had chosen the right surroundings for my dad. The staff are compassionate and extremely caring about the residents. Although it was a very short stay, I am glad it was at Kingsley. A massive thank you to everyone for making my dad comfortable in his final days.

I don't know where to start. My dad was taken in on Wednesday 2nd September and passed away the following Wednesday. He was there for such a short space of time. Every single person in Kingsley, hawkhead road paisley were just so so kind. Very loving and professional. Nothing was too much for them with my dad. I genuinely have no words that could describe my feelings and the family's as Karen, Sharon, Antonia and all the staff treated dad like their own family. The care and attention was absolutely second to none. The overall feeling I have for Kingsley is they gave my dad his dignity back since leaving the hospital. Only there a very very short time and left a lasting impression on the staff who were very tearful when he passed. I would 100% recommend this home to anyone looking for somewhere for their elderly. A very modern home every part of it is spotless and any residents I've seen are all very happy looking , dressed very smartly. It helps that the place is very well run.

Both my sister and I are delighted with the care in Kingsley Care Home for my aunt, she has settled in well and she is well looked after. Friendly staff.

The staff at the care home are excellent. Everyone is friendly and wecoming and the residents are treated like family. Communication is clear, and the home is well managed. Thank you to everyone. My gran is very happy here.

- [ ] My first review was in November 2022, when my mother-in-law had been in Kingsley for 5 months. I am now writing this in April 2026, after she passed away in February. The care she received from day one to her final days was phenomenal and as such it gave us comfort, knowing that she was safe and looked after. We are so appreciative of everything that was available and provided, from the hairdressing to the entertainment to the top quality food and housekeeping but for me it's the personal care from the nursing staff and carers that will always stay with me. My mother-in-law had a "strong" personality, and Alzheimer's definitely amplified that but the staff were all amazing with her. We were so fortunate that we managed to get her into Kingsley when we did and we will always be so grateful for everything. Thank you everyone, we will never forget you.

I am delighted we chose Kingsley Care Home for my mum. She is being well cared for by a kind and dedicated staff who work hard to meet her needs. The facilities are purpose-built and very well presented. We couldn't ask for more!

Entirely happy with all aspects of care provided good communication with staff and management. Very pleased with the accommodation and all matters related to care given. I have no concerns with regards anything associated with care provision.

My mother was very well looked after during her last days at the home. She was happy in the spacious airy room with roomy bathroom. The carers and nurses gave her constant attention and looked after her every wish. The staff were friendly kind and respectful. I thoroughly recommend the care home.

Staff are very friendly, helpful & kind. Accommodation is very good and spacious. Meals are also good. Nice to see a lot of activities are available.

Overall it has been a good experience having my mother in Kingsley Care Home. In my opinion it is a difficult time to review the car home due to fairly recent management & staff changes.

We are overall very happy with the level of care. We beieve staff are trying their best but def feel more staff could be available. Our sister has complex needs & staff do not always have the time required to provide this - we understand this is not their fault. Sometimes sister's buzzer goes for a long time before response. Communication & passing on information between staff/shifts could be better. Management good & friendly & intentions are always good to help as much as possible.

Staff turnover a management has been quite poor. First manager was highly visible, the rest, not so much. Feel residents are not stimulated enough as staff are always busy. Agency staff don't seem interested at times, and some of them are very hard for me to understand, never mind the residents. Staff that have been there a long time are brilliant. Also upsetting is the fact that they don't have any transport to take the residents on outings, which I feel would benefit the majority. Agency staff also should read residents care plan.

Overall, it has been a very good experience for us to have my uncle in this care home. I have no concerns at this moment in time and if I did have any issues I can speak to the staff and it's listened to and sorted. Special mention to one of the nursing staff who is great at communicating all the needs to us and just great. Also receptionist who greets you every time with a smile and is always accommodating.

It was a very pleasing experience as my mum has settled in well. Dementia is a horrible illness, and very hard to deal with, but the nurses/carers do an expert job. They are always there with a smile when my mum is feeling low, and it has gone better than I thought it would.

I visit my sister on a weekly basis at Kingsley Care Home. I find the staff, cleanliness and overall experience to be very good. I feel secure in knowing that my relative is safe and secure.

Great facility and staff. Mum and Dad are well looked after. The staff are very attentive and caring. It's good to know Mum and Dad are safe and well cared for.

My overall experience in Kingsley has been excellent (particularly when comparing it to the previous care home she was in prior to Kingsley).

My father, who has Dementia, moved into Kingsley in April 2022. He is very comfortable in his own room surrounded by personal belongings. The home is warm and welcoming, modern, spacious and beautifully decorated. The outside space during the warmer months is a lovely accessible area well used by residents and visitors alike. Dad thoroughly enjoys the high standard of meals and home baking. His room is always immaculate and the general level of cleanliness throughout the home is very good. Kingsley is very fortunate to have a wonderful activities team who provide a varied programme of events and activities that my Dad has willingly participated in. Regardless of how pleasant the surroundings are the most important element of any home is the care and attention residents receive. All the staff at Kingsley help support my Dad with all activities of daily living looking after his health and welfare. This excellent care is led by the wonderful manager and her team of nursing staff and carers. Thank you.

He has a lovely room, the care for his personal needs is excellent, the standard of food is second to none. The staff are all very professional, friendly and caring. Whenever we visit they are always lovely.
