Care home facilities and staff are very good. No problems.

Mum has been in Lady Jane for over a year. She settled well, being reassured that should she need help there were people on hand. There have been some issues, but they are dealt with quickly and kindly. The staff are always cheerful and helpful, showing care and consideration to everyone. Mum's room
is big and she has been able to bring some of her own furniture. Being a fairly new home, it is light and airy with wide corridors.

The Lady Jane has been exactly what my mother needed. You are always greeted by a smile and a hello on arrival, the Care Staff have taken 'ownership' of her ongoing health and her individual needs, and other individuals just want to make her stay as comfortable as possible, whether its the cup of
coffee in the morning with her newspaper or that her new TV is fitted correctly to the wall. The domestic staff have even learnt that its easy to do her room when she's nips out....

On arrival at LJCCH I was most impressed by the ambience of the care home. We were warmly welcomed. Suitable music played throughout the building, creating a relaxed atmosphere the dining room is beautifully presented and the menus offer a good choice. All the staff treat those in their care with
dignity- and patience. I feel my wife, due to dementia, is cared for in the best place possible.

Very friendly staff who ensure my mother is cared for to a very high standard. I am impressed by the program of events that are provided and there is a genuine concern for the residents wellbeing. My mother has a lovely room on the ground floor that overlooks an attractive garden area. All of her
medical needs are met by the very professional staff.

Mum moved in for some respite three weeks ago and has settled very quickly. We are making her stay permanent as she is very happy at Lady Jane, and is so well looked after. Very much what she needs as she has vascular dementia. She looks the best she's looked in years, and is warm, content and
stimulated.
The carers and team members couldn't do more for her, or for us when we visit. The home is bright, comfortable, clean and takes care of mums every needs. We would very much recommend Lady Jane to anyone, either for respite or long term stays.

My mum has been a resident since 2024. It has been a worrying time for our family but we shouldn't have, because this place has been wonderful experience for us all. Seeing how comfortable they made my mother nothings too much trouble treat her so respectfully never have to worry if she's ok the
staff are such a pleasure to know we thank you all for the care you have shown.

I can't thank all the care team at Lady Jane Court enough. Their support was above and beyond for both my dad, who was at end of life care, and to us as a family. All staff were professional, polite, caring and attentive at all times.

Both of my parents are residents, they are happy and well looked after. They have different needs which are met with the same amount of care and concern. All of the staff are friendly and caring, not just the carers.
Visitors are made to feel welcome. The home offers many facilities along with
excellent medical care. Various activities are offered to stimulate and keep the residents active. One of which was a visit from the therapy animals, that was well received.

Grandma is looked after very well, is treated with respect and dignity. Her room is like a hotel room and staff are knowledgeable about her present situation and catch things such as UTI's early on.

A very good care home, but expensive (as they all are). They have looked after mum very well for the past 20 months, as her dementia gets worse. A great improvement on dementia floor means that residents are rarely left alone in the lounge any more - unless there is a real emergency!! Most of the
carers are excellent or outstanding, and the rest of the staff are welcoming, caring, and all make the effort to speak to residents and families. One concern is items going missing mum has lost glasses and numerous hearing aids, as well as two shawls that were brought in for her.

I spent five weeks at Lady Jane Court in respite care whilst my daughter was out of the country. The surroundings, facilities, decoration and quality of rooms are excellent, but I was accommodated on the second floor which left me feeling isolated at times. I would have preferred to be on a busier
floor where I could have felt more involved (a move was eventually offered but not until the third week and I did not want to go through the upheaval). The staff and management were very friendly, polite and helpful, but I think they were a bit understaffed which meant that the level of service sometimes missed the mark with things not getting done in a timely manner and sometimes not at all. Food was in general good but not always to my taste.

This care home is beyond amazing after many sleepless nights worrying about my mum without dad and on her own after 72 years she was totally lost but she has settled in and calls it home, the staff are polite, attentive and nothing is too much trouble, it makes me happy as they treat her like a
princess
Thank you so much. What a team they have, from the manager to reception, assistants and maintenance. I am really grateful, thank you so much.

Mum has been a resident at Lady Jane for many months and her experiences and that of the family have been very good.
The home is well run, the activities are excellent and all the staff are very professional and friendly. Cost is always on point of discussion but I guess Lady Jane is probably in
line with the going rate.
The quality of food is excellent but according to mum a bit more variety instead of sandwiches would be beneficial at tea time.

Every time we visit, the staff are very helpful, they obviously care for the residents. The rooms are lovely and clean as I've said the staff are great, especially one staff member, she takes great interest in them all. They are taken on lots of outdoor activities plus there is always something
going on at the home.

Lovely and clean home. Rooms like a 5 star hotel. Staff friendly and caring. Might need more staff just for regular checks on residents.

Nice clean home, with great staff kind, helpful, nothing too much trouble. My friend is well looked after. What more could I want. Thanks to all.

These are only a few of the poor care provided at this home. Start with one resident who was left to wander the entire floor entering everyone's room and defecating in the resident's rooms, dining room, corridors, in fact anywhere. Is this acceptable, I think not. My husband was left for hours to
wander aimlessly with no care given. No one recorded his liquid intake even though he had previously had an urinary tract infection (UTI). On several occasions, I was left to look after residents in the lounge and had to hunt for staff when they required the toilet or were in danger of falling. During a very hot spell of weather, I was in the garden with my husband for 2.5 hours and he was never offered a drink.
