I have thoroughly enjoyed my 4 weeks in respite while my son has been away. I intend to keep in touch and hope to come again. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. I shall recommend Copperfield Court at every opportunity.

What a lovely atmosphere today at the home. My great granddad was really enjoying the singing with everyone, the staff were all having a wonderful time with the residents. Complimentary drinks and food available, stunning balloon displays. I wouldn't want my granddad to be anywhere else, he is so
happy at the home and visiting him is always a pleasure, all the staff make me feel so welcome.
Highly recommend Copperfield Court.

I visited grandad today he was having a wonderful time with the singer that was there for the open day. So lovely to see him happy and smiling cannot fault the home in anyway.
The staff were all happy and helpful.
Would highly recommend.

Visited my relative on Tuesday and couldn't believe how well she looked and how lovely the staff were. I am so pleased she is at copperfield court. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly Nikki was very kind and helpful and made me a lovely cup of coffee it really is a delightful home with a great
atmosphere

My dad was slowly dying in a hospital, Northampton. I spent every day I was off work travelling to see him and sitting by his bed side. He could barely talk, couldn't walk, had no memory whatsoever. Copperfield helped me rescue him, against all the wishes of the hospital and Northampton systems that
were leaving him to slowly die.. Every step of the way , they stood behind me backing me up and fighting for him too, although they only had my word for the funny cheeky gentle true gentleman he is and I knew would be again given the chance. He arrived immobile, grumpy, confused, sad with not more than 30 seconds of memory. They have nurtured him 24/7. He is his old self once more and it is down to them entirely. The staff are so magnificent I simply do not have the words. Kind. Funny. Talented. Warm and truly work as a team. Have fun with each other and the residents. Nothing is too much trouble. AMAZING! I can't thank u all enough. You saved him. And me. Grateful beyond belief. Thank you

I attended the care home to visit my grandma. It was a lovely atmosphere and it was nice to see so many other residents enjoying the sunshine.
I was greeted at the entrance by Nicola who instantly made me feel welcome and she was honestly very friendly. She came across very approachable,
professional and it was evident that she valued all of the residents.
It was clear to see that every staff member took pride in their jobs and looked after not only my grandma but also the other residents with comfort and empathy.
I left the care home knowing that my grandma was in safe hands and that she would be looked after which gave me a sense of relief and reassurance.

We are wanting to say a big thank you to all the staff at Copperfield Court. Although not there for very long they were nothing but friendly, helpful and caring for my Brother In Law. At the time of his passing the staff were extremely kind and caring to us and made a very difficult time so much
easier to handle, for which we thank them. Overall we cannot give Copperfield Court a bigger recommendation than to say if a time comes when we need a carehome this will be the one we look at. Once again our gratitude and thanks go to all the staff at Copperfield Court.

From the very first enquiry through to the acceptance of my mother-in-law, the experience with Copperfield Court has been nothing short of exceptional.
During what can be an emotional and often overwhelming process, Nikki and the team showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism at
every step. Every question we had was answered thoroughly and promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The level of communication was outstanding, giving us complete confidence and reassurance in our decision.
Thanks to your dedication and warmth, what could have been a stressful transition, especially moving my mother-in-law from Northern Ireland, has instead felt so positive and comforting. We are incredibly grateful and feel reassured knowing she will be in such capable and compassionate hands! Thank you for everything you've done so far, we couldn't have asked for better support.

Willing to listen to your worries & very understanding & reassuring.
If they cannot answer your enquiries, they find someone who can.
Communication between the home & relatives is excellent

My grandmother has joined the care home for respite and I'm so pleased she has ended up here. The home is absolutely beautiful, everything is up to a really high standard.
The staff have been great at settling her in, and keeping the family involved. Adam has been so helpful from the start and
made my grandmother feel really at ease.

My Grandma Lola has settled into the home really well, we cannot fault Copperfield Court, what a perfect home. The staff are just amazing and are always very helpful and attentive. Lots of entertainment and activities for all the residents. 5 star all round.

Today we have visited spontaneously. On arrival Adam could not have been more helpful in finding my gran. The facilities are great. I feel like she is in a hotel. She is always happy here.

I haven't lived at Copperfield for long however, I must say, so far so good. I have enjoyed the cakes, hot drinks & the cigarette breaks. The care staff are lovely & they cant do enough for all of us.

Living at Copperfield Court is amazing. I am always kept busy doing all sorts. If I'm not busy here, I go out a lot on trips. The food is lovely. I am very happy here.

I am beyond satisfied with every aspect, staff are fantastic, friendly and go above and beyond for the residents. Immaculate in all areas of the home and the food is outstanding. What a gem!

The building is new and bright, and the staff are friendly and have a sense of humour. The amenities are well laid out, with spacious lounges and dining areas, wide corridors, and small side rooms for family and private visits. The clients' rooms are en suite with comfortable furnishings and a
reasonable amount of storage.

I used to care for a wonderful lady whose care needs sadly increased, and I wasn't able to continue providing her care. As a regular visitor to Copperfield Court, I can see how attentive, supportive and genuinely caring the staff are. This has reflected on my previous client, who is now glowing.
Thank you for making a sad story have a happy ending.
