My wife has been in Joseph Nursing Home for 16 weeks has settled in very well. The cleanliness is very good. Staff helpful and friendly food good would recommend.

Fantastic small nursing home. All the staff exceptionally helpful and considerate to my father's needs and mental stimulation. Since arriving at Joseph's from his home, he has settled extremely well, and his overall health has improved. Being a small care/nursing home enables a very personal feel.

The staff here are all amazing they really looked after my Dad well, every single member of staff really cared for my Dad ,and he really loved them all .Thank you all so much for making my Dads last few months a happy place for him to be

I have had my mum and stepdad end their days at Joseph Care Home. They were look after well and nothing was to much trouble, their nursing care was brilliant, management and staff (the whole team) work hard to keep residents happy and fulfiled. The cleanliness of this home is wonderful, clean and
tidy at all time and smelling nice. A really well run home.

The whole place is cold looking not very homely.
Not a nice place too spend your last days in.
Food needs alot tobe desired same old menu.
Staff some are excellent others not.
Needs a great more improvement overhaul.

My brother has been at Joseph Nursing Home for 8 weeks now and has settled in very well. All the staff are caring and considerate, the food is excellent and the cleanliness is very clean. A very good care home.

My father-in-law was welcomed to Joseph Nursing Home after being discharged from hospital. The home has been amazing, the staff, the nurses have all been helpful. He has been cared for with dignity and treated with care. The manager has been at hand to help with any questions. The food is very good.

My mother was transferred here for her last journey in life and I have been so happy and impressed with how all the staff have been and how friendly they have been with me and any visitors she has had. She enjoyed the activities that she was able to do which to be honest was most of them. She was so
happy being in the home and unfortunately the only thing she was unhappy about was the food as she wasn't eating much and always asked for small portions but hardly ever was given them but we were working on this with the kitchen chef. Otherwise it was a most enjoyable time for her last few weeks of her life, as all the staff treated her with respect and kindness. I was very impressed.

My Dad was cared for & supported by the Management & Staff in Joseph Nursing Home for almost 6 months. Myself & my Family found the Staff to be extremely helpful & supportive. The food was home cooked. My Dad's personal care & cleanliness of his room was excellent. There are activities offered
daily.
If my Dad was feeling well enough... we were encouraged & support offered to take him out... all be it in his wheelchair. Occasionally lunch out with family on better days.
I found the attitude of support for End of Life Care to be encouraging and forward thinking.
As a family we are most grateful to have found this Nursing Home.

The care was, surprise, always very good and everybody was always welcome. Every facilities was available, very good. My partner progressed in very good. Was so sad when he could not go back. He loved it there.

In the short time my mother stayed at the care home, the care and services were excellent in all aspects.

In the short time my mother was here, being cared for following a terminal diagnosis, we found the home to be very clean and welcoming. All staff were friendly and caring. Special mention to one staff member in particular and the housekeeper who made a difference to my mother and us as a family.

This is a wonderful small and personal home full of caring and kind staff and management. Whilst my mum lived here, she said she loved it. From the food to the cleanliness and especially the events coordinator who always went the extra mile. I can't praise it enough. I highly recommend.

The home is light and airy with new, good quality equipment. All the staff without exception were polite friendly and caring and always had a smile for mum.
At a time of her distress, they comforted her and you cannot ask for more.

I have found Joseph Nursing and Care Home to be of the very highest standard. The staff are extremely kind and go above and beyond in caring for my grandmother. The home is lovely and bright and welcoming and kept to an excellent standard.
I would not hesitate to recommend this care home and my
family are very grateful for the care my grandma receives.

My mother came to the home for end-of-life care. From the moment she arrived all the staff made her feel welcome and at home. All the staff have and still are showing nothing but care and understanding, are respectful to Mum's needs and full of compassion. I felt calmer knowing Mum was in good
loving hands as it was so hard to leave her, but every single one of the staff were so supportive, they helped me every day during this very difficult time. I cannot thank them all enough. Always so professional in everything they do.

Amazing service, very friendly and professional. Lovely and clean care home and just all round quality care. The food is fresh and tasty, the lounge area is a great area to sit and chill. It is very homely and comfortable. Would recommend!

Since being at Joseph, my husband (who has advanced dementia) has been wonderfully looked after and cared for by all the staff. He is always clean as is his bed and room. Staff help with his feeding. I am always welcomed by staff and made aware of any problems. I am so relieved to know is at Joseph!
