Staff are caring and very helpful. They are available and visible. The care home is well appointed and kept clean. The staff have created a safe a secure environment and deal with issues in a timely and efficient manner. The care home has tried to encourage resident participation in a varied
programme of activities. Outings are arranged where possible. Residents can decide where they wish to be - in the central area, smaller side rooms/ conservatories or in their room. The care home is set in a large well maintained, tree- lined garden. Weather permitting, residents can sit outside on the patio or grassed areas. Visitors are welcome with ample parking on site.
