Mum spent her last 14 months at Oak hill mansion and the care she received was excellent. The staff are amazing and couldn't have done more; mum loved them. The accommodation is lovely, clean and felt very homely and in such lovely surroundings too.

What a great place Oak Hill Mansion is, located in lovely park settings which my mums bedroom overlooks. All the rooms and lounge are kept clean and tidy. The staff are brilliant and take great care of my mum, making sure she is not wanting for anything. The meals for the residents at Oak Hill
mansion by the new chef cannot be faulted, they are excellent. When I visit my mum I am always welcomed by the staff, making it feel like a second home. I would recommend Oak Hill Mansion to anybody who is looking for a caring place for a loved one.

What a lovely place for my mum to spend her last few days/weeks/months. The staff are lovely special mention for Taz, Louise and Lindsay who always go the extra mile. The only criticism is the food is a little bit and miss but I know a chef has been hard to find. Other than the food the place is
kept very clean and tidy and the decor is lovely. After visiting other homes I'm happy that my mum is in Oak Hill Mansion.

My mum moved into the home in spring 2025 and sadly passed away in early September. Although there for only a few months, from the time she arrived she was happy and the staff made her stay so comfortable. Every little thing that she needed or asked for was provided and all the staff went out of
their way to make her stay so special. The home setting in the park is ideal and the facilities, food and support from staff is second to none. When any family members visited we were made to feel very very welcome and given so much attention that it made each visit extra special.
I cannot thank them enough for their caring and professional approach and would highly recommend this home to any future potential resident.
