My nan has been a resident at shaw side for over 3 years, the staff that care for her are lovely nothing is ever to much for them and they go out of their way for the residents and family's, I couldn't thank them enough for the care they give on a daily basis, they go above and beyond In shaw house.

My mum has lived at shaw house since 2022 ,she's very well cared for and I've never had a problem with one member of staff from management carers domestics they are all brilliant and I have the utmost respect for them all, with my mum's dementia she often gets confused and the staff always give her
reassurance and calm her down, the staff are definitely entertaining and hilarious and I always leave in a better mood than when I entered, I go to see my mum most days and never once have I left thinking anything other than she's definitely in the best place!
