Upland Manor is truly and amazing home from home. The facilities, food and all the staff are outstanding. My family and I are so pleased that Mum is being cared for in such a pleasant environment.

This is truly one of the most amazing places, and we feel so fortunate that our 94-year-old father is here. Every member of staff is incredible-so caring, compassionate, and always happy to stop for a chat.
The first carer we met was Adele, and from that moment we knew we had made the right
decision. She was warm, welcoming, and absolutely wonderful with our dad. As we gradually met the rest of the team, we were overwhelmed by the kindness and dedication shown by everyone.
Thank you all so much for everything you do.

Excellent welcoming polite staff who look after my dad. I would highly recommend Upland Manor to anyone looking to put a loved one in their hands.

We need not have worried! He's settled in a treat and made friends with other residents. Staff are great and the facilities are fab. His favourite parts are the food and the company! oh! and that charlie the dog can visit!

My parents moved into Uplands Manor last month and we are very impressed with the kindness of the staff and the care shown to our parents. From the first day we visited we were very impressed with the setting which is like a five star hotel! Nothing is too much trouble and we are now able to
relax knowing they are in safe hands. Mum loves the food and she is so much happier since moving in. I would highly recommend Uplands Manor.

My mum came here after being in a previous care home and the difference is like night and day . This home is amazing from the facilities to the staff .
They are all so caring and kind and nothing is too much trouble .all my mums care needs are catered for and she is so happy here and feels safe.
The food is amazing nutritious and freshly cooked.
I can't recommend upland manor enough I go home feeling assured my mum is well taken care of

Mum moved into Upland Manor after suffering several falls due to her vascular dementia
Her health deteriorated after spending three weeks in hospital and we were very concerned about her recovery
Upland Manor was the home we chose after extensive reviewing of lots of homes
Within a few days of
being at UM we saw improvements in both her physical and mental health
The home is luxurious and extremely well equipped to deal with elderly residents but it is the staff that makes the place stand head and shoulders above everything else we viewed
Mums care was exemplary from day one
The staff could not do enough to make her feel safe welcome and at home
This was not just a front because we were there but something they did normally as we all noticed the care they were showing to other residents whom family were not present
As a family we can not recommend Upland Manor enough
Placing someone you love into residential care is never easy but we all feel that mum is in a wonderful home

Very well staffed, excellent staff, warm welcome every day. Extremely clean. Finally the food is second to none. Myself and my partner looked at a few homes this was by far the best.

I love that my nana is being looked after so well by the wonderful staff and that her home is so clean and wonderful. She looks happier and healthier than she has in a long while. The staff seem to genuinely care which is wonderful to see.

What an absolutely amazing care home. Not only is the decor and food 5* the staff are also 5* they really do care and look after the residents like they are their own family members. My nana came from a previous care home where basic needs weren't being met but upland manor go above and beyond for
their residents and really do genuinely care. My nana is so happy here and I honestly can't write enough praise for this care home and staff. Thank you for looking after my nana

My mum became a resident on the 5/11/25.
The home is like a 5 star hotel she has her own room with a big TV, a wet room and plenty of cupboard space.
They have a beautiful dinning room with 5 star 3 course meals.
The staff are all lovely kind and very caring, always ready to help the residents
and family members. Every member of staff from management the the cleaners are so thoughtful.
My mum is so happy here, as are all her family members.
It's the kind of place every elderly person deserves if they need a care home.
