First impressions, I was walked in and warmly greeted by the receptionist at the door. I was taken on a tour and introduced to other members of staff. It was clean and comfortable with a very family friendly atmosphere. The staff are extremely efficient, and nothing is too much trouble. My mother
came in for respite and immediately felt at home. Within a few days, she wanted to stay.
Highly recommend.

My husband was placed at Aston Manor Care Home for urgent respite care. The staff welcomed him like one of the family, whilst maintaining professionalism at all times, they have gone out of their way to attend to his every need, both emotionally and physically. Staff have gone above and beyond
settling him into the routines of the home. The setting is beautifully appointed, and every comfort and need has been thoughtfully provided.

I come to Aston Manor most days to visit my mother-in-law. Look no further, the care home is exceptional. Not only the aesthetics, but the important things such as the care, support and attention given to my mother-in-law is amazing. The rooms and facilities are purpose-built to exceed anyone's
expectations, and the staff are what make Aston Manor special, each and every one of them! It has left me feeling comfortable and confident that my mother-in-law is in the best place.

Aton Manor has been a wonderful place for my grandad, providing genuinely great service in every way. The staff are kind, attentive, and always take the time to make residents feel comfortable and valued. The home itself is spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, creating a calm and
welcoming atmosphere. They have been incredibly accommodating to his needs, giving our family a real peace of mind knowing he is so well cared for.

Aston Manor is a world class facility, my nan is so very well looked after in this amazing home. All the workers here make it a pleasure to visit. I couldn't reccomend this facility move, we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Aside from the welcoming staff, the place can only be described as a
mansion! We love it! I would not change a thing here and neither would my nan, it is the best.

The facilities are state-of-the-art and built for the purpose of care for individuals with residential and nursing needs. The staff are professional, kind and caring. The food is 5 star. The rooms are specious calm, and beautifully decorated in neutral colours, but we have been encouraged to
personalise it and make it homely. I would recommend it to anyone.

My father has been treated with respect and dignity throughout his stay. The care home's beautiful facilities have directly contributed to his comfort and in aiding his recovery. Every member of staff has been welcoming, professional and shown care and empathy towards him. The range of facilities
means we have been able to enjoy time as a family within the care home; during the day in the bistro and piano bar, and in the cinema room. The management of the home is superb, continually ensuring every aspect of my father's care is attended to. I could not recommend Aston Manor strongly enough. Thank you to everyone who makes it what it is.

Outstanding - friendly staff always checking on residents' needs. Very clean. Lots of activities and areas where you can sit. Beautiful outside space that residents can enjoy.

Aston Manor proved to be the best move for our family member. He has suffered from Alzheimer's and has struggled to live independently since becoming a widower. Aston Manor has been excellent, and within 2 weeks, he has shown real change and happiness. He is settled and enjoying the care. The staff
are fantastic, and the building is truly first class. We can now relax knowing that he is safe and well cared for. Thank you to all the team at Aston Manor who have made this possible.

Aston Manor has put on the most incredible Christmas party for not only the residents, but for their families, friends and the whole community. The attention to detail, hospitality and stunning food was simply 5 star, but it is the warmth and heartfelt care of the staff that really makes Aston Manor
stand out from any other.

Aston Manor is the epitome of the BEST level you could wish for. Everyone is treated like they are the most important person. The level of care and facilities are amazing. Aston Manor feels like a family home, but the service is more like a five star hotel. I would highly recommend visiting and
seeing for yourself. We are very lucky to have this top level facility locally.

The care my father has received has been outstanding. The staff are truly amazing - kind, compassionate and genuinely caring. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they go above and beyond to ensure both residents and families feel supported and reassured. The home is spotlessly clean, bright and
welcoming, creating a comfortable and positive environment. There is a wonderful range of activities - thoughtfully planned - enhancing wellbeing and quality of life. The team are warm and professional - and take real time to get to know each resident. Dad has settled in brilliantly!

Absolutely amazing from the start, every detail and care is well thought out. The staff are so friendly they already feel like family to us. For myself knowing my mum is well looked after and her health needs are taken care of is a weight lifted off my shoulders. Aston Manor is like no other care
home I have seen before, it is really relaxed, my 3 children love it and ask to come here. The food is equally delicious and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you.
