This is a wonderful home for care. Due to covid the entertainment and activities they have done wonders.

Incredible carers who will do anything for the residents. Activities provided are varied and the carers try to include everyone. Food is of a good standard and plentiful. All care is given to regular monitoring of the health of the residents. Lovely knowledgeable, friendly staff and management.
Accommodation is lovely, with rooms having the space to bring personal possessions.

Not exotic but very homely with good facilities and extremely caring staff who treat the residents as family. The staff are also extremely helpful and co-operative to residents families. There is nothing to fault. I have not visited since March, save external contact, but the staff have still been
excellent since lockdown, and my aunt seems happy and content.

Overall, the general standard of care at the home is good. However, I feel there is room for improvement regarding the interaction between staff and residents for general stimulation and more activities to be arranged.

Very friendly and caring staff. I can phone or visit anytime in normal circumstances. It is the residence home. The care home is small, which is why I like it and the staff have worked there a long time and as far as I'm aware there are no agency staff.

The home is very clean and well maintained. The food is always fresh, and the staff are very good both with relatives and residents. My mother is very happy there, and as a family, we can relax knowing she is being well looked after.

My mother has lived at Greenways care home for almost two years. She has excellent care from all the staff. Greenways is a real home from home. There is a really happy feeling when you go there, and the family are made very welcome. Since lockdown 10-weeks ago, the carers have gone the extra bit to
keep residents happy and safe. So glad we chose Greenways.

Greenways provide a caring and compassionate service to the elderly. The building is clean and well maintained with the vast majority of decoration and repair being undertaken by the owners. The management of the home changed recently, and further improvements in respect of resident/respite care are
expected. Residents would benefit from more regular one-to-one interaction with carers.

My father as settled in very well; thanks to the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. My father really enjoys his time at Greenways.

It is a very homely and friendly home. Dad didn't settle in the others we tried but had no problems with Greenways he liked it from the start.

My mum has been at the home now for a few years, after being unable to cope at the family home. I can not stress enough how good Greenways has been for her. It is her "home away from home"! I feel relieved knowing my mum is in a friendly, safe and secure environment that meets all of my mum's needs.
The staff are all friendly and cannot do enough to help. Often going beyond what is expected.

Have always found visiting a very nice experience. Pleasant surroundings, staff always helpful and willing to stop and chat. The residents are always encouraged to mix and take part in things that have been arranged, such as activities etc. My friend is happy and content.
