As the mother of a still active resident of this care home, I have serious concerns about the safeguarding of all the clients there. There have been several incidents, that I can not yet talk or mention thus leaving to maybe giving of other resident's families cause for concerns. I apologise for
this but want to give an accurate review to how I hear, see, get told what is happening. The staff leaves a lot to be desired, often giving me the ‘truth’ which I have then found out not to be so.
