Staff always polite and friendly and show a lot of sympathy towards the residents. There is a homely feel and the home is kept clean. The care is tailored to each individual's needs and they try to keep them busy and take them out on a daily basis. The home is well led by the manager and legal
staff.

I visit The Red House each month to complete meetings with my clients. I have always found the staff team to be friendly and very accommodating with sharing necessary information. My clients are very well managed. The staff know the clients and work in a way that is adapted to individual need. I
believe my clients are happy and settled in their placements and I think this is due to staff approaches to meetings their needs.
