The management of this care home is truly awful - and I really mean awful! The communication is woefully lacking. Having confirmed that they could care for my relative, a year later they have decided they cannot now meet his needs and served care termination notice, uncaringly dumping him out of his
home. Absolutely shocking behaviour from a so-called care provider. I would not recommend this place for animal care let alone human care. Now we have to arrange to go pick up his belongings - there are much better places out there.
