View Full Details of Hallmark Anisha GrangeThe customer relations manager is really helpful and keeps his promises. Along with the day and night teams, they work to make it a pleasant place to stay. The senior team are very good at administering the medication at the necessary times as well as being part of the care staff. I feel really looked after and I am enjoying all the lovely food.
I have nothing but praise for the Anisha Grange team, particularly during my Mum Rosalind's end-of-life care. - Staff are professional, empathetic, compassionate and attentive; they go over-and-above - Range of services offered are comprehensive and met all Mum's/our needs and hopes - Accommodation was superb and very clean - Flow of information to relatives was clear, concise and timely - Nedical facilities are first-class, including communications with local health providers; the incumbent health professionals are SO knowledgeable and managed Mum's health and dementia-related issues superbly My Mum was cared for and was able to reach the end of her life with dignity. You can't hope for more than that. One example - just before her death one staff member - Hettie - washed her and brushed her hair, saying it was important for her to look her best for what was to come. That sums up the superb staff ethos and compassion. Thank you to ALL staff who cared for my Mum.
It has taken me some time to be able to write this review following my mums passing but in a very short summary I would note it is a business first and foremost. I don't have an issue against the care staff, they do their best however there are not enough present - one day I had to fetch them to lift and move another resident from the floor but in order for two people to attend I then had to sit with and watch the remainder of the residents - thankfully nothing happened but for the money paid to me this was not acceptable. My issue is actually with the management in situ at the home. This first started when I was concerned with the level of weight my mum was gaining being over fed when she already had high cholesterol. I raised this with the then manager who advised that the dementia will kill her before the cholesterol does, which, from a customer service perspective, set the tone thereafter.
When I arrived, my anxiety symptoms were extremely high within the first two weeks. I recognise how much they has dissipated due to my care here. I am sleeping so much better due to everyone involved. A very good experience. Which will give me more purpose in my life. Thank you.
From the very beginning, everything has run welland our friend has improved ever since coming to Anisha Grange.
Everything about my friend's experience of moving into Anisha Grange has been first class. The staff are polite, welcoming and have time to make sure that she is comfortable, happy, safe and well looked after. Communication for me has been excellent with a follow up call a week after her arrival. This is a care home that really cares.
A lovely home for all residents. Pleasant to visit. Staff very welcoming. Plenty of activities for all. Excellent service.
I have had excellent care from the time I arrived from all the staff. They are all considerate and caring, with plenty of time to give to my needs. The food has been excellent and beautifully presented, and appetising. No regrets or complaints.
My father is a resident at Anisha Grange, and I can honestly say the care by all the staff is brilliant. Every person in every department is so friendly and approachable.
My husband has been in Hallmark Anisha Grange for the past 12 months suffering with dementia. The care that he has been given over the last year has been amazing. The staff are wonderful, so kind and considerate, nothing is too much trouble. I visit him frequently and I feel the atmosphere is always cheerful and welcoming. Well done Anisha Grange!
Just had to leave a review on Anisha Grange's themed garden party today! What an amazing day it was in their beautiful summer garden, which was bursting with glorious flowers and full of colour! The decorations for this event were spectacular! The entertainment was breathtaking with the drummers and dancers, then in the afternoon, there was a lovely gentleman singer, singing all the old-time songs that a lot of the residents could remember and sing along to. The residents and their families were full of smiles and laughter. The managers and carers worked so hard all day making sure everyone experienced an amazing day and was looked after. Nibbles and drinks were available all day and offered constantly. Anisha Grange's carers are so very caring, loving and nothing is too much trouble for them. My mum has the best care there and it is such a relief to know she is looked after by an 'outstanding' care home. Well done Anisha Grange!
Me and partner visited for their yearly garden party (themed). As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the stunning, creative imaginative decor of beautiful bright colours of the themed country. The staff embarrassed every aspect and attention to detail from their costumes to the amazing party food and entertainment. The entertainment they brought in from the brilliant drummers and the spectacular female dancer. Was out of this world. And a nice touch for the residents having the entertainer in the afternoon. All were brilliant in engaging with the residents. Finally, a massive well done and thank you to the management and staff for not only doing their amazing day-to-day care but also embarrassing the theme and getting the residents involved. Thank you again can't wait for next year!
I cannot praise Anisha Grange highly enough. Mum receives the very best of care from all the staff. Since Mum became a resident it has been such a relief to know that Mum has been continually well cared for in every aspect by such lovely, kind, caring and hard-working staff. I personally cannot thank them enough.
My mum came here in October 2023, we have been so happy with everything. Great staff, rooms, food and nothing is too much trouble. The place is clean and staff friendly and knowledgeable. They all genuinely care. Would not hesitate to recommend Anisha Grange for the best care. Lots of activities for residents facility and visitors made welcome. 10/10
Excellent experience, cannot fault it in any way.
My mother needed a nursing home following a fall and long hospitalisation. This came as a shock and stressful time for us all. Alisha Grange Care Home could not have been more helpful or reassuring. We were entering a world that was unknown to us. The staff at this home have helped us at every stage of this journey and continue to do so. My mother moved into a comfortable room with all the facilities to hand. All staff made her (and us) extremely welcome and explained everything. She has settled well and has made enormous progress since moving into Anisha Grange. She receives fabulous care and delicious, nutritious meals. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff. She has her hair and nails done each week which gives her a boost. Visitors are always welcomed. Anisha Grange continues to be the perfect place for my mother, who cannot live independently. We thank them for continuing to help us keep Mum safe and extremely well cared for.
Everyone at Anisha Grange goes out of their way to be helpful and to care for my aunt. Whenever anyone in the family has a question or query, it is answered quickly and to our satisfaction. Whenever I go to visit my aunt she always tells me how happy she is to have chosen Anisha Grange. I would recommend it.
I'm very grateful to Anisha Grange for the care and support for my mother-in-law and for their kindness, it's a wonderful and safe place. Thank you to each and every one of you for your support.
Anisha Grange agreed to take Mum in September 2022. The care home that Mum had been with for 6 years were unable to cope with her needs. The dementia unit looked after Mum extremely well. They couldn't have done more for Mum in January and February 2023 when she broke her hip and had to go to hospital. They were so supportive in the period leading up to her passing on 11th Feb 2023. Our thanks for your outstanding care.
Anisha Grange welcomed Mum and our family when we were in the deepest despair. The staff are so kind and have developed a very caring bond with Mum - they treat her with dignity and respect at all times. From the personal carers to the activities team, catering staff, housekeepers, nurses and administrators, there is a sense of patient-centred care. They make what is a difficult time bearable for us all, but especially for Mum, and we feel very blessed to have her there.
