The care and support our father receives at Anisha Grange has been outstanding. As a family navigating his Lewy body dementia and changing medical needs has been challenging but the management and staff have been incredibly supportive every step of the way.
Everyone is always friendly, welcoming, compassionate and professional. They treat our father with dignity and kindness, taking the time to understand his individual needs and ensuring he feels safe and cared for.

They communicate well with our family providing reassurance and support when we have needed it most and we are grateful for the dedication, patience and genuine care shown by all the staff. Knowing that our father is in such capable and caring hands gives us great peace of mind. Thank you to everyone at Anisha Grange for everything you do.

On billiricays anisha grange annual garden party. They put on an amazing afternoon of fun with a bbq and singer. The care home went above and beyond. The garden was full of residents and there families. As well as the carers who not only on this day but every day. showed so much care, compassion, patience and most of all smiley happy faces. Nothing is ever to much for the staff, from management down. We are so pleased and happy with how they treat all residents. And there families. We can't thank them enough for there endless love and attention they give everyone not only on this day but through the whole year.

Thank you so much anisha grange we love you all x

I come to Anisha Grange most days to see my Dad and am always impressed with the care he receives. All the staff are so caring. Nothing is too much trouble. Today I attended the summer BBQ and so many staff who were not on duty came in to see the residents and help out. There was a lovely family atmosphere generated by the current management team all pulling together with carers, reception, hosts and lifestyle. The staff are a credit to Hallmark.

I could not be more grateful for the high level of care that my father is receiving at Anisha Grange. The customer relations manager gave my father brilliant support while he was waiting to move in, and then to get him settled into his room during his first days and weeks. And he gave such a warm welcome and help to us all as a family, understanding so well what a big move it was. I am so grateful to him, the care home staff and the care team, too numerous to mention - all so lovely and friendly, polite and caring. Communications are superb (e.g. hospitalisation, illnesses). And on top of all this, Anisha Grange is such an attractive place, always with a warm welcome from reception and help on offer for whatever's needed. Thank you all for keeping our father so comfortable, content and safe. Anisha Grange has turned out to be everything I'd hoped for and much more.

I have nothing but praise for the Anisha Grange team, particularly during my Mum Rosalind's end-of-life care.
- Staff are professional, empathetic, compassionate and attentive; they go over-and-above
- Range of services offered are comprehensive and met all Mum's/our needs and hopes
- Accommodation was superb and very clean
- Flow of information to relatives was clear, concise and timely
- Nedical facilities are first-class, including communications with local health providers; the incumbent health professionals are SO knowledgeable and managed Mum's health and dementia-related issues superbly
My Mum was cared for and was able to reach the end of her life with dignity. You can't hope for more than that.
One example - just before her death one staff member - Hettie - washed her and brushed her hair, saying it was important for her to look her best for what was to come. That sums up the superb staff ethos and compassion.

Thank you to ALL staff who cared for my Mum.

It has taken me some time to be able to write this review following my mums passing but in a very short summary I would note it is a business first and foremost.
I don't have an issue against the care staff, they do their best however there are not enough present - one day I had to fetch them to lift and move another resident from the floor but in order for two people to attend I then had to sit with and watch the remainder of the residents - thankfully nothing happened but for the money paid to me this was not acceptable.

My issue is actually with the management in situ at the home. This first started when I was concerned with the level of weight my mum was gaining being over fed when she already had high cholesterol. I raised this with the then manager who advised that the dementia will kill her before the cholesterol does, which, from a customer service perspective, set the tone thereafter.

Everything about my friend's experience of moving into Anisha Grange has been first class. The staff are polite, welcoming and have time to make sure that she is comfortable, happy, safe and well looked after. Just had to leave a review on Anisha Grange's themed garden party today!
What an amazing day it was in their beautiful summer garden, which was bursting with glorious flowers and full of colour!
The decorations for this event were spectacular!
The entertainment was breathtaking with the drummers and dancers, then in the afternoon, there was a lovely gentleman singer, singing all the old-time songs that a lot of the residents could remember and sing along to.
The residents and their families were full of smiles and laughter.
The managers and carers worked so hard all day making sure everyone experienced an amazing day and was looked after.
Nibbles and drinks were available all day and offered constantly.
Anisha Grange's carers are so very caring, loving and nothing is too much trouble for them.
My mum has the best care there and it is such a relief to know she is looked after by an 'outstanding' care home.

Well done Anisha Grange!
