My dad came from 24 hr day care. He was mostly confined to a wheelchair and spent most of his time in bed. After five months at Chamberlain Court, he walks everywhere with his walking frame. He is showered and shaved every day and the bedsores he came with have gone. He eats nearly all his meals in
the restaurant, and the team have worked hard to get him engaged in all the activities they put on. I would highly recommend Chamberlain Court.

We have been extremely pleased with the constant care and support our family have been given over the past 4 years. The staff are professional and treat our mother with dignity and respect. We are kept informed of her changing needs. They encourage her to take part in the many varying daily activities
and entertainment planned. Our family are made very welcome when we visit and the staff go out of their way to greet us.

My father needed more care than we could provide at his home. He had deteriorated very quickly and the home was able to take him within 2 days which was incredibly helpful. We had looked at a few of the best homes in Eastbourne but this one stood out as bright and airy and really like a good hotel.
The communal areas are very modern and there is a lively coffee area on the ground floor which is well used by the residents and does not feel like a home at all, more like a nice coffee shop so it really is somewhere the residents like to spend time and you can see that. My father reported that the food was very good and he was difficult to please so this is praise indeed. His room was very nice and as I have said, like a good hotel room. Decorated with modern colours and everything he needed. All the staff were incredible from the admin side to the nurses and carers. He could not have been in a better place. If I need to go into a nursing home at any point I hope it is as nice as this one

My father was a resident in Ty Enfys for almost exactly two years. Latterly, his frailty increased quite rapidly, and end of life care was necessary. The entire team at Ty Enfys dedicated themselves to ensuring that Dad's final weeks were as comfortable and dignified as possible, and in collaboration
with the GP and community nurses, made it possible for Dad to remain in Ty Enfys right up until the end, when he passed away peacefully. The care was exemplary, and this extended to the family. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.

The initial application went very smoothly and Emma was particularly helpful, however, it took a couple of weeks to cross check information and it took several weeks before the initial deposit was repaid (largely due to the Christmas period I expect).

Alexandra Grange is a community where all personalities are catered for and nurtured
The staff treat the residents with respect and care enabling them to pursue interests and take up new ones
A very good activity programme is in place with frequent extra events eg the 15 th anniversary of the home
where mum and I and my husband enjoyed delicious food and cake and mum loved the live saxophonist.
They have live music every week
Rooms and en-suites are cleaned extremely well and laundry is done with care
Mum could visit a hairdressers in the home every week and have her nails done too
From the cheery welcome at reception to all staff family members become part of the Alexandra Grange community too.
The food is exceptional and mum loved it the chefs went over and above for the residents
You can visit at any time and when residents are not well the staff are amazing
I can highly recommend

Willingdon Park Manor provided respite care for my mother when her dementia was exacerbated by a UTI. The home was incredibly helpful in arranging this at very short notice. Although mum was reluctant to go into a home she was happy enough while there, and was very well looked after by the highly professional
and caring staff. If/when the time comes that mum needs permanent care, I won't hesitate to turn to WPM again.

Exceptional level of care. I can happily leave my mother at Lakeview with absolute certainty that she will be looked after to the highest standards. All the staff are wonderful, from receptionists to carers to managers.

My husband has received good care and KH has pulled in good local services. His pills have been changed through the advice. Of the local psychiatric nurse and the District nurse. He should however not have a pressure sore.

The carehome and all the staff have been amazing. My aunty was a resident for 9 weeks before she passed away, and I never felt worried when we left after visiting, as we knew she would be looked after. We have been looked after as much as any paying resident, and all the staff feel like "family". I
can't fault the Ty Enfys staff enough for their kind, thoughtful and committed care. The carers, cleaners, nurses and reception staff are brilliant.

My cousin moved to Kew House 2.5 months ago. It has been a great experience for him so far. The home is beautifully appointed, well staffed with kind, caring people who really do their best for the residents. Kew also offers a range of activities with an exercise class most days and access to a private
physio who residents can book for a fee. Ither activities include quizzes, classical music appreciation, etc.
Outings are also arranged- Kew gardens light trail before xmas, Wimbledon xmas market, Remembrance day service at Wimbledon Memorial etc.
Residents are treated with dignity and given the opportunity to live their best life possible.

We visited several care homes before deciding that Chamberlain Court was the most suitable for our mother, as living in her own home had become impossible. We are so glad we made this choice, as it is a very happy home, with excellent dementia care. All the staff have been very kind, caring and welcoming.
We were worried that Mum would not settle into care, but the staff made the transition far easier and calmer than we had imagined possible. Mum is happy with her room, & the dining bistro is very pleasant with a wide menu. Everywhere is kept very clean. At Christmas, the home was beautifully decorated, with great entertainment & lovely atmosphere. Mum loves the entertainment, especially the various singers who perform in the Royal Café. She enjoys going to the hair salon and having a visiting GP and Optician is very convenient. When the weather is warmer, she will love being outside in the garden or on the terrace. She has settled in so well, thanks to all the wonderful staff.

I could not be more grateful for the high level of care that my father is receiving at Anisha Grange. The customer relations manager gave my father brilliant support while he was waiting to move in, and then to get him settled into his room during his first days and weeks. And he gave such a warm
welcome and help to us all as a family, understanding so well what a big move it was. I am so grateful to him, the care home staff and the care team, too numerous to mention - all so lovely and friendly, polite and caring. Communications are superb (e.g. hospitalisation, illnesses). And on top of all this, Anisha Grange is such an attractive place, always with a warm welcome from reception and help on offer for whatever's needed. Thank you all for keeping our father so comfortable, content and safe. Anisha Grange has turned out to be everything I'd hoped for and much more.

I arrived in Henley Manor is November & stayed for 13 weeks.
The staff are all very helpful & friendly.
The facilities are excellent & lots of activities are laid for residents.
I am recovering from a triple heart bypass. Sadly, I caught a virus after operation, but I am recovering now.

I would recommend Lakeview. The staff are kind, patient and genuinely compassionate, always taking the time to listen and treat residents with dignity and respect.
Thome itself is clean, comfortable and well-maintained with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

My family and I had to find a care home for our mother as the hospital were discharging her without prior notice. My sister contacted Admiral Court and the Customer Relationship Manager was exceptional. She dealt with the hospital for us and was so supportive we can't praise her enough.
My mother went
into Admiral Court today and was welcomed by all staff and loved her room. .
