Overall Experience

Cannot praise Henley Manor care home enough. The manager is always on hand to chat if you need anything. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive to the residents. The facilities, food and comfort are great. There is always a range of activities happening and during July a trip was arranged to the regatta course which my mum thoroughly enjoyed. As a daily visitor I always come into a modern, bright atmosphere welcomed by staff who show a real care and compassion to residents and visitors alike.

Overall Experience
My experience of the Regency is 100% positive. The standard of cleanliness is of a high quality. Care and attention to detail is marvelous. The staff work exceptionally hard and nothing is ever too much. They know my mother's 'moods' and quirks and adjust recreational activities to accomodate her. The food is excellent and visitors are offered refreshments also.

The gardens are immaculately kept and safe for my grandchildren. Absolutely 5*'s

I am a GP + visit many care homes! I've been very impressed by Midford Manor from the first visit, the staff are exceptional + have gone above + beyond to make my father feel welcome + integrated. The rooms are very well appointed + thankfully do not have that "clinical" feel. Dad is happy + it is a great relief to know that he's safe + extremely well looked after. I have every faith in Midford Manor.

Chamberlain Court is comfortable, clean, well decorated, lovely garden, lots of relaxing areas and cafe ... but the thing that makes it special is the level of care that all the staff there show to our mother, her cat and to us. They keep us informed, offer advice and are always happy to chat. They are as good as extended family which is very special when you trust a parent to them. Thank you all.

The previous owners & Hallmark care homes - experts with the elderly, & the most vulnerable. Thereby their values & conduct should be beyond reproach to reflect their responsibility. 12 weeks into my mother (who has dementia) Day Club Membership - the previous owners sell out to Hallmark with ZERO notice to residents or Day Club Members. I received an email at 12.49 pm informing me as from that day the Day Club was closed (my Mum was at the Day Club!). I'm now between two feuding care companies, requesting a refund on her 12 month membership. It appears responsibility lies with the previous owners, but this matter should have been resolved before any sale was agreed. The previous owners offered respite care with this membership - our summer plans, to send my Mum to respite care, whilst we went away on a family holiday resulted in us having to cancel our planned vacation. This is no reflection on the staff but the organisation. I find it astounding that neither company have a conscience over their actions and the impact on families

My wife has now been a resident at Chamberlain Court for just over a month. She is very slowly settling in, but I realise it is going to take time for her to get used to her new surroundings and way of life. I have nothing but praise for Chamberlain Court, the facilities available and most importantly everyone responsible for caring for my wife. Overall Experience

I have seen such a huge difference in my nan since she came to Anya Court. She's awake, in less pain and more happy and more herself. We now get to come in and enjoy spending time with her instead of watching her struggle. After 3 years of her being at home and unable to go out, we can now take her out, even a little trip to the supermarket. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and always are up for a laugh. I am thankful to them all for the last 6 months.

Staff are really caring. Mgt good this month in difficult circumstances - heat, staff holidays. Cafe hosts pretty exceptional. Friendly and always smiling. Willing to go the extra mile. Current mgt open to sugesstions and act quickly where possible.

On billiricays anisha grange annual garden party. They put on an amazing afternoon of fun with a bbq and singer. The care home went above and beyond. The garden was full of residents and there families. As well as the carers who not only on this day but every day. showed so much care, compassion, patience and most of all smiley happy faces. Nothing is ever to much for the staff, from management down. We are so pleased and happy with how they treat all residents. And there families. We can't thank them enough for there endless love and attention they give everyone not only on this day but through the whole year.

My brother was a resident at Kew House for four and a half years. He was happy at the home and benefitted from the secure environment, the rountine and the companionship & excellent care provided by the staff. He enjoyed the many activities the home offered and the outings to places such as Hampton Court, Kew Gardens and Richmond Park. As a regular weekly visitor I felt that Kew House was indeed a home for him.

Greenhill Manor is above and beyond the best Place for my Dad. We are greeted by the staff with a friendly manner every time we visit. The food that Dad is served is excellant. Everything about the place is 100%.
