My dad moved to Greenhill Manor in January 2023 after a 4 month stay in hospital. When he moved in he was underweight (wouldn't eat in hospital) and although he took a few weeks to settle he flourished and put a healthy amount of weight on due to the amazing food served. The staff in reception, the
kitchen, laundry, activities and maintenance showed my dad love, dignity and respect right up until he passed in May 2025. It was so comforting to know he was safe and well cared for. He was a real character and staff, residents and visitors loved him. We loved our visits with him and I'm so grateful that we chose this home for him and would 100% recommend it to any family considering a home for their loved one. Thank you Greenhill Manor, as dad would have said 'It's been a blast'

I am so glad my son is in Greenhill Manor what amazing staff and the care he is receiving is amazing. I cannot praise Green Hill enough the food is fab, and nothing is to much trouble always so helpful. I can't thank them all for the care and support my son is receiving.

My aunt, who is severely restricted in her movements, has been resident at Greenhills Manor since 2017 and has been given all the care and attention I could have wished for. Now in her early 90s she is comfortable and happy. She has a good rapport with all her carers who seem to know how to get the
best out of her. She eats well and enjoys her food, which always seems to be fresh cooked and appetising. The building is spacious, light and airy and It is a pleasure to visit every week and I am happy to recommend it to others.

My mum went into the care home just before Christmas in 2023, she had end stage dementia and we had struggled to find a place to take her because her behaviour could be challenging. My mum was in the home until December this year when she passed away. During this year we visited her along with my dad
who is 95. I cannot fault the level of care my mum received during her stay and the level of kindness shown to me and my dad during this time. The home itself is lovely and the food excellent. My first experience of this was Christmas Day 2023 when the residents and some guests were being served prawn cocktails, Christmas dinner with all the trimmings and pudding, it looked delicious. The activities were plenty and well organised but what makes the home is the staff. In the year my mum was there I have to say there was nothing too much trouble and they worked around my mum's needs so as not to upset her. I can only say if you are looking for a home you will not get a better one.

I felt deeply welcome upon entering the home to visit my friend. The staff even made me a cup of tea as I was on crutches. The bread pudding was so delicious and a treat to share in a calm and cosy environment. I would recommend Greenhill Manor to my nearest and dearest as I was so impressed when shown

The home has excellent facilities and the staff are very good. There is always something going on for the residents, craft events, singers etc.

My husband and I visit our great friend between 2 and 3 times a week and are always struck by the warmth and friendliness of all the staff at the home. The care received there is second to none and the clients are treated with dignity and respect at all times. Our friend settled in extremely quickly
and is happy and content in this new home from home.

My mother is a resident since April 2024. We are so happy with the care she is receiving, the management and staff are so caring and we have Peace of Mind that she is getting the best care. Her room is immaculate and clean with all comforts. We have added her personal touches. My father was a resident
before sadly passing away and we knew this was the best choice we could ever make. I highly recommend Greenhill Manor and can't thank the staff enough for all they do. The facilities are amazing.

My wife came in March 4th and has been treated with care and respect by everybody here from cleaner to cook, nurses and every member of staff. She now calls it her forever home and it takes a lot off my mind knowing she's safe and cared for so thank you.

I moved to the home on the 4th of March 2024 and when I moved here I was a bit apprehensive coming from out of the country. After the first week, I settled down thanks to the staff, carers and everyone else. I feel safe and class it as a forever home. There is always something going on. My favourite
is quiz night and sing-song. I feel I mix well with other residents. I feel I am happy. Many thanks.

My sister arrived at Greenhill Manor in March 2024. She had had a long stay in hospital where we were told to expect the worst. I visited Greenhill before she was discharged. Five-star hotel came to mind. The staff were approachable and friendly. Since my sister arrived, we have seen her improve. The
staff have been excellent in all areas. This in turn has given my sister the confidence and reassurance she needed. She is thriving again. Thank you all for giving my sister back.

My wife and I cannot say how grateful we are to the staff at Greenhill Manor. My mother-in-law is dressed and immaculate every time we visit. The food is varied and delicious. Family are catered for with tea, coffee and homemade cakes. The entertainment is arranged by one particular member of staff,
and there are singers, chairs and meditation to help keep the residents active and thoughtful. The cinema room shows old films and music, which they tend to remember. Bright and cheery surroundings, and a very comfortable room with her own ensuite. We definitely made the right decision as a family. We know she is being totally cared for. Many thanks.

My mother has been a resident here for over nine years, and I find the care, communication and management excellent. Any queries are responded to immediately. The building is clean and very well presented with activities for those who choose to use them. Food is excellent and plentiful, and staff have
wonderful, caring relationships with all residents and relatives and cater well for individual needs.

Karen has worked at Greenhill Manor since 2016 and has been a Registered Nurse since 1983. She has extensive experience working at all levels. As General Manager, Karen works to ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home including relationship-centred care, clinical compliance, hospitality services and business performance.

Lian Pearsall

Job Title: Deputy Manager Joined: 2014

Lian has worked at Greenhill Manor since 2014, previously as Hospitality Services Manager and now as Deputy Manager. Within her role, Lian supports General Manager in ensuring high-quality relationship-centred care is provided to all residents.

Mitchell

Mitchell Minney

Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager Joined: 2010

Mitchell has been a part of the Hallmark Family since 2010. He is responsible for all enquiries and arranges all admissions to Greenhill Manor. Mitchell enjoys networking and works closely with the Marketing Team at our Central Support offices.
