The team are fab in all they do. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They do a brilliant job looking after my Mam and I couldn't thank them enough. The home is fab. The food is fab. All round welcoming and friendly.

The council wanted my mother to go into a home in Caerphilly but we had heard such good things about this home we wanted her to come here. All we heard was excellent, we cannot thank you enough for giving us the faith that our mother can be happy and looked after. 5-star service.

Following a severe stroke suffered in July 2017, our father was admitted to Greenhill Manor in January 2018. We counted ourselves and our father as being extremely fortunate to secure a place in a care home which had an extremely high reputation for the excellence of its facilities and the standard
of care provided. We were not disappointed and found that our father's accommodation was spacious and well decorated and every effort was made by the staff to help us to make his room as homely as possible.


We cannot speak too highly of the staff who always treated our father with kindness and consideration and attended to his every need. We found all staff including managers, trained nurses, care staff and maintenance to be polite, pleasant and approachable.


My father passed away at Greenhill Manor in March and at the time and since we have been extremely impressed by their helpfulness, kindness and consideration.

My husband is very well cared for. Staff are concerned for him as an individual and take time to learn his likes and dislikes. I feel I can approach staff and share concerns I have. My husband had to go to the hospital, the staff at Greenhill were very helpful and made it happen. They were professional
and dealt with getting him back to the home really effectively.

Greenhill Manor Care Home is an extremely good nursing home it specialises in dementia care. The staff and environment are excellent. There are many challenges when dealing with this particular group of people but the whole team from managers, nursing staff, housekeepers, kitchen and maintenance staff
always named my mother this meant so much when leaving her that she was a person "The extended family" thank you all.

The standard of care at Greenhill Manor is extremely high, in fact, the best quality of care that I have seen at any of the many care homes I have visited in the past 20 years. All the staff seem to enjoy their work and are all very polite and caring when speaking to residents. This is not always apparent
in most care homes.
Having been in the hotel and hospitality business most of my working life, I have always maintained that should I ever develop a care home it would be designed and run as a 3/4 star hotel and I think that Greenhill Manor certainly meets this standard.

Lian has worked at Greenhill Manor since 2014, previously as Hospitality Services Manager and now as Deputy Manager. Within her role, Lian supports General Manager in ensuring high-quality relationship-centred care is provided to all residents.

Mitchell Minney

Mitchell has been a part of the Hallmark Family since 2010. He is responsible for all enquiries and arranges all admissions to Greenhill Manor. Mitchell enjoys networking and works closely with the Marketing Team at our Central Support offices.
