Hallmark Admiral Court

Brenda moved into Admiral Court at the beginning of Aug 26. The staff all went above and beyond to make her feel welcome & safe. All of Brendas relatives and visitors have been so impressed with Admiral Court. Everything is perfect for her needs and we feel so comforted knowing she is being so well cared for

Nothing is to much trouble for them it doesn't matter what is asked ! My friend went in last Wednesday 30 September and has settled in quickly and seems to be embracing the move.

My sister moved in at the end of September. Everyone there has been very caring and friendly, not only to my sister but to us as well when we visit. The first day she moved in she had her hair cut, her nails done and a visit from the chiropdist. The meals she's had have been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and anything we've asked has been answered quickly. The receptionists in particular are lovely and as the first point of contact take you under their wing to make your visit pleasurable.

All the team at Admiral Court are FABULOUS and they went out of their way to make my Mum's 90th birthday celebrations super special! We had organised for her to have a small afternoon tea party for close family and we had booked the private dining room for this. The chefs provided an absolutely outstanding tea of a variety of sweet and savoury treats, with lots of fresh fruit including watermelon and pineapple which was so refreshing in the hot weather. The cake was so beautiful and my Mum's favourite flavours of lemon and blueberry. The room had been beautifully decorated too and looked stunning. I cannot praise the staff, especially Elaine, Beth and the chefs highly enough - they really did go above and beyond to create an incredibly special day which made my Mum so happy. This is a place where residents and, by extension their families, feel so well cared for. Whenever I visit I feel I really get to spend quality time with my Mum and she is brilliantly looked after. I am very pleased with the care my mother has been receiving since she entered Hallmark Admiral Court three months ago. The staff are all very caring, polite and are actually interested in and develop a rapport with their clients. I am always impressed that whenever I visit, I am invariably given an update on my mother's current wellbeing and recent activities - without prompting. My mother is very happy with her new surroundings and the care she receives. The premises are very clean, I understand the food is excellent, and the atmosphere throughout is welcoming and friendly. From our first enquiry the service we have received from all the staff has been outstanding. Their warmth & understanding is exemplary. The home is spotlessly clean. The residents rooms are warm, comfortable and well appointed. The fresh flowers are a very nice touch. The common areas are welcoming and the overall ambience is relaxing. The catering is impressive with plenty of choices and all food is freshly cooked. The pastries/cakes are delicious! We would recommend Admiral Court without hesitation,

My mother went into Admiral Court today and was welcomed by all staff and loved her room. .

I have visited Admiral Court in Leigh for the past four yeras to visit my sister. Three afternoons a week, I have found a pleasant atmopshere when I walk in the home an =d during my visits. The staff and carers have always been most helpful.I look forward to my visits.

Lovely home.Very comfortable. Always well maintained and very clean. Staff are very kind and considerate. They do lots of activities with the residents and seem well cared for. Nice dinners food always nice and hot! Drinks and pastries, biscuits, crisps and fruit always available for residents and visitors.

From the day when we made our first enquiry we were provided with all the information we needed to make our decision about my mother's future care. At no time did we feel rushed or pressurised to make such an important decision and we were assisted at every step by positive, friendly, helpful staff.

Now my mother is residing at Admiral Court her room and all the other facilities are first class. The food is excellent with plenty of choice.

Most importantly every member of staff is welcoming, friendly and all express a positive 'can do' attitude. I cannot speak highly enough about the welcome my mother has received.

Spent a lovely lunch in the bistro with my mother wonderfully organised by the hospitality services manager. We sat afterwards in the garden enjoying the sunshine with tea and biscuits admiring the well tended garden. Before all that my mother enjoyed entertainment organised by the social staff. Thank you for all your hard work.

My family member recently began a stay at Admiral Court to recuperate from an operation and I have been very impressed with the standard of care. First and foremost, the staff are knowledgeable, attentive and sincerely kind to residence and visitors alike. They have promptly addressed all aspects of care, taken the time to answer all our questions, and really seem to be on the ball. The standards around the home are high, for example in the food, the quality of the furniture and in the range of facilities and activities available for residents. The staff clearly take the time to build a bond with the residents, talking and laughing with them, playing games, etc. rather than simply housing them, and I think that empathy is really important. I feel my family member is in good hands which is super reassuring.

My brother has just recently moved into Admiral Court and I couldn't be more delighted at the care and thoughtfulness he is receiving. The staff smile and actively get involved with the residents, the managers find excellent solutions for his particular needs, listening carefully and ending with reassurance, the chef left us (his relatives) a tray of cakes on the first day, fresh flowers in his spotlessly clean room, his clothes all sorted and accessible. He is safe, the admin has all been completed, physio/district nurse have already visited, he's dared to leave his room and go into the lounge with other residents; the activities programme offers such a variety that I know he'll find things to enjoy. My focus is on him regaining his mobility, reducing his fears and socialising - I am really reassured to see this already starting to happen.

I'm very happy with the care my dad is getting at Hallmark Admiral Court. The staff are all excellent. All very caring and considerate. The food is excellent too. Would not want him to be anywhere else.

but extend great hospitality to their visitors. The atmosphere at Admiral Court is so happy and welcoming - nothing is too much trouble to ensure we all get the most from our visits. We are encouraged to join in with various activities that is great for bonding with our loved ones and making new friends. There are so many activities for the residents to take part in and enjoy and plenty of shared chats around the Farmhouse Kitchen Table making friends and sharing memories with the other residents.

I think the overall policy is to keep everyone safe, happy and that's obviously a complete success judging by the smiles from the residents and all the staff.

My mum is very happy here. The staff are very caring and engaging. Mum says "They like to do things with you". There are lots of activities and the rooms/premises are very clean. I feel reassured mum is looked after.

The level of care goes above and beyond. Everyone is welcome from the moment you step through the doors. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and residents and their relatives/friends are treated like family. The food is excellent and plenty of choice. My father was admitted for 4 weeks of respite and has thrived. I would be so happy for him to live there on a permanent basis.

Taken our neighbour into the home for the first time. I couldn't have asked for a better welcome. My friend felt instantly at ease. Everybody was so friendly. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Flowers and chocolates in the room. Very impressed.
