The care given is excellent and we know she is well looked after and safe She is really happy here and calls it home The staff feel like family and we also love visiting as they are so friendly The home itself is spotless and I regularly recommend to other friends who are looking for accommodation and care for there family members

My Nan has been at Banstead Manor for around six weeks now and is very happy here. The staff are all wonderful and have all ensured that my Nan has found the transition from independent living to a care home as easy as possible. The kindness and dedication to maintaining my Nan's dignity and agency is evident in everyone we've encountered.

It does feel like mums new home now, there lots of activities to do or just relax, we are so pleased we chose Banstead Manor care home.

When choosing a care home for my Mother I looked at various different homes but Banstead Manor stood out to us. The home is clean and kept in very good order with well maintained gardens and has very good activities and facilities. The home is spacious and as my Mother was then a walker it was ideal for her to move around . However the main outstanding factor was all the staff are very welcoming, friendly and caring . They all get to know the residents and treat them as individuals and attend to their different needs, personalities, wishes etc. Having been in the home for a while now my Mothers health has deteriorated but she is still cared for with dignity and respect as she always has been .

My nan stayed at this lovely care home to recover after her hip operation. She enjoyed it so much, she extended her stay. Her room was lovely and relaxing, the staff were on hand to help with everything she needed and the food was excellent. We loved going to visit as the building and gardens are so beautiful. She is now back home and well recovered!

I needn't have worried about Mum needing a few weeks respite care. She was warmly welcomed, very well supported and encouraged to integrate with activities. The staff were friendly and attentive. She loves her food and was complementary about the restaurant. We would not hesitate in using respite again in the future.

My grandma stayed at Esher Residences to recover after her surgery. I loved going to visit her as the staff were so friendly and the building and gardens are really stunning. The chocolate brownies were fantastic too but the best bit was seeing how much better my grandma got during her stay. Thank you for looking after her so well.

The previous owners & Hallmark care homes - experts with the elderly, & the most vulnerable. Thereby their values & conduct should be beyond reproach to reflect their responsibility. 12 weeks into my mother (who has dementia) Day Club Membership - the previous owners sell out to Hallmark with ZERO notice to residents or Day Club Members. I received an email at 12.49 pm informing me as from that day the Day Club was closed (my Mum was at the Day Club!). I'm now between two feuding care companies, requesting a refund on her 12 month membership. It appears responsibility lies with the previous owners, but this matter should have been resolved before any sale was agreed. The previous owners offered respite care with this membership - our summer plans, to send my Mum to respite care, whilst we went away on a family holiday resulted in us having to cancel our planned vacation. This is no reflection on the staff but the organisation. I find it astounding that neither company have a conscience over their actions and the impact on families

Moving my grandma into Lakeview Care Home couldn't have been better. The staff are all wonderful and very friendly. It feels as though they care about the whole family too, not just residents, and keep you updated on everything. The facilities are amazing, and having a hairdresser on-site is very helpful and nice. Every day, they have activities and events in line with the seasons, which I think helps residents know what's going on. The visit from the nursery children weekly, my grandma loves and it is a brilliant idea.

I'd like to thank the staff (every person I have interacted with) for the incredible care they are giving my mother, who has dementia. They are all gentle, caring, professional, and also patient. The staff are always smiling and encouraging. We feel that our mother is in a family home, not just a care home. She is wrapped in caring arms. I just wish this standard of care could be extended to all people who suffer from dementia in the whole country.
