Lakeview is a wonderful care home. The staff and management team are all so kind and caring towards residents and take great care of my Dad. The activities team organise lots of engaging events tailored to residents interests and physical abilities. The grounds and the home are beautifully maintained
and residents enjoy the gardens. The catering team put on lovely menus daily and carer for all the in house events, such as parties and seasonal celebrations. There is always something going on. We are so grateful to all the team for all the care and assistance they give to my Dad who is very happy here.

I am extremely happy with every aspect of care given to my father. Each and every one of the staff cares about his individual needs, the level of care is second to none. The standards are of the highest quality and the home is managed expertly along with the team of caring, professional and friendly
staff. The rooms are comfortable and personalised and the activity schedule and menus are both engaging and excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Lakeview Care Home.

I am really pleased we chose Lakeview as a home for my husband, he has been very well cared for on the dementia floor. The staff are so welcoming and kind and always keep me informed of any issues or changes. The home is superbly clean and modern and very homely. I am always given a warm welcome, whatever
time of the day I visit. There is lots going on each day, activities for residents and social events for residents and families. There is always a great choice of food on the menu and snacks throughout the day. I cannot speak highly enough of this excellent home.

Banstead Manor is a beautiful care home full of love and care. All the staff are amazing at caring for the residents to such a high standard. My mum has settled in very well and now regards this wonderful place as her home. She is happy, exceptionally well cared for and absolutely loves the fantastic
food. It is so nice to see her participating in the wide range of activities. It's also great when we visit to sit in the Café area and have a coffee and cake. I now have peace of mind knowing that she is happy and safe in such inviting environment. This is all down to the wonderful staff to which I'd like to say a huge thank you.
It is a pleasure walking into Banstead Manor and to be greeted with such friendly faces.

Banstead Manor Care Home is more like a luxury hotel than anything normally associated with a Care Home. The staff are always engaging with both the residents and the visitors and the level of care provided is excellent. The wide and varied range of activities is particularly impressive, engaging all
of the residents from all of the communities. Overall, I am very impressed with Banstead Manor Care Home.

Came to see my nan for her birthday, the care home threw her a little party and got her gifts. It's a very family vibe they have their and always make the residents feel loved and special. This is an amazing care home and I would highly recommend them to everyone. They are amazing with the residents
and always have activities going on for them and the families are always made to feel welcomed and involved with everything. It has a home from home feeling and I wouldn't want my nan anywhere else.

When mum needed respite care, luckily we found Lakeview in our village! The care given was superb. Mum was well looked after. Being a lady who always liked to look good in her business life, she was delighted to discuss her outfit of the day and to have her nails polished. We were more than happy.

I usually visit once a month with members of the local church. We have a short service of hymns for those who wish to join in. The residents are always very happy and seem to really enjoy living in Lakeview. We sit with them and have a cup of tea or coffee after the service.
It is always a joy to
be with them and the staff who are also very kind and friendly.

My mother became a resident in October 2024. Her care has since been exemplary. The care home is bright, spacious and welcoming. The staff are caring and attentive, seeing to all her needs and always encouraging her to engage in activities and leave the confines of her room. I have only praise for their

When I was searching for a care home for my mother, Hallmark Lakeview stood out from the others. I visited because it seemed to have a genuine community spirit. The staff were warm and welcoming, everybody seemed to know who all the family visitors were. The residents seemed genuinely happy and pleased
to be there.
My mother has now been at Lakeview for a few years and I can honestly say that the team constantly strive to make life better for the residents all the time.

I found Lakeview care home after my uncle was admitted to hospital after a fall at home. He moved into Lakeview initially for a respite period but he settled so well, he agreed to make it permanent soon after. Thank you to Lakeview for facilitating a very smooth transition for him, for being efficient
and for great care.

My mum received 6 weeks of respite care in June and July 2024 after breaking her arm. Mum's care from all the staff at Banstead Manor was outstanding. We wanted the best care for Mum and I've no doubt we got it. Mum received 24-hour help at Banstead Manor, the team there made her as comfortable as possible.
It helped our family knowing she was receiving the very best care. Thank you Banstead Manor for keeping all your promises.

My father's care has been exemplary. His needs and nursing have been to the highest standard. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and attentive to any inquiries and questions and to the thorough care and guidance they give my father. My father's needs have increased dramatically during August
and the staff have gone the extra mile in every way possible. My father is happy and considers himself very much at home. Giving us as a family peace of mind.

Banstead Manor is a special place. I visit an old friend regularly who has been a resident there for 18 months. His wife was there and died recently. I observed the care for both of them and I was continuously grateful for the standard of care she received. The staff-resident interaction is excellent
with good entertainment and activities. Visiting is fun, tea and cakes. Friendly staff and residents make my visits a joy.
