Please rest assured that the wellbeing and safety of our residents are our highest priorities, and we're committed to addressing any concerns that arise. Your mother personally expressed her appreciation for the care she received and shared that her move was to be closer to friends who couldn't travel. We thoroughly reviewed the points raised and our investigation indicated most claims could not be substantiated. Regarding medication management, we strictly follow the prescriptions and medical guidance provided by GPs and hospital staff to ensure residents' safety and our records confirm that all protocols were followed. While we respect your family's decision not to proceed with the second stage of our complaints process, please do contact us directly if you wish to discuss your concerns further.
