At Maycroft Manor, delivering high-quality service and exceptional care to our residents is always our top priority, and I'm sorry to hear that you feel we have not fully met the standards we strive for. We're disappointed to learn that you felt the standard of our food was not as it should be. We previously addressed your concerns and hope you remain pleased with the changes made to your mother's mealtimes. Our team takes great pride in preparing fresh, locally sourced, and nutritious meals that are tailored to individual preferences and dietary needs. We also appreciate your comments regarding the laundry service. We recently experienced some delays due to a faulty dryer, but I'm pleased to confirm this has now been resolved and there should be no further disruption. Your mother personally expressed her appreciation for the care she received and shared that her move was to be closer to friends who couldn't travel. We thoroughly reviewed the points raised and our investigation indicated most claims could not be substantiated. Regarding medication management, we strictly follow the prescriptions and medical guidance provided by GPs and hospital staff to ensure residents' safety and our records confirm that all protocols were followed.
