After a year at Anya Court, we are very happy with the decision to move our relative into this comfortable, safe and caring community. There are a range of activities for residents to enjoy; a good mix of privacy & social time and their medical amd other needs are well attended to. Highlights for our
relative are the garden; inter-generational sessions with a local nursery and the visiting entertainers.

My Father and stepmother have been in Anya for over 4 years and have received amazing care both clinically and pastorally. The staff are truly fantastic and display so much love and care for the residents. Last month, my stepmother passed away. The Anya Team have rallied round to support my father
after losing his wife of over 50 years, and the support has extended to our family as well. I really cannot recommend Anya highly enough.

A few weeks ago I moved my 90 year old mother with dementia to Anya Court from another care home where she had been left in bed for a year.
After an operation and a weeks stay in hospital she arrived at Anya and within a fortnight they had her smiling again and out of bed, dressed and visiting the
hairdressers.
She has colour in her cheeks and her memory is better than it has been of late as the Anya Court staff are gentle, kind, friendly and caring, they interact with the residents and have time to spend with them, chatting a lot which has bought my mother out of her depression.
All the staff have introduced themselves to me and have assured me they care for mum, unlike the other home who just wanted mum's money.

My Mother-in-Law has recently moved to Anya Court where the staff have spent time with her to make her welcome and help her settle in. There is always staff on hand. The manager too is very friendly and has time for both residents and family members. The home is very well maintained, in fact it's more
like a hotel than a care home. There is also plenty of activities for the residents.

From the moment our family met the team at Anya Court we were enfolded in a warm embrace. The team took the time to get to know not only Dad and what matters to him, but also my Mum and the wider family. Their calm, reassuring and caring approach meant that we quickly felt welcomed into the Anya Court
family. Making the decision to put Dad into permanent care was so difficult and one filled with sadness and pain and yet he is settling and is already clearly loved and cared for by the team. Anya Court helped us all to feel that rather than 'putting him into a home' we were simply expanding our family in a way that would support both Dad and Mum to be able to navigate the next part of their journey together. Thank you Anya Court for being there for us when the world seemed so bleak. We are all, even Dad, beginning to be able to smile again.

I transferred my 95 year old mum to Anya Court from another care home in Rugby as she was not getting on well there. A difficult decision to make but one that I have not regretted in the least. Mum has thrived in Anya Court and her improvement has far exceeded my expectations. She is now much brighter
and engaged, she participates in all the activities and loves her walks in the lovely gardens and is just a happier person. This is down to the ethos and culture of the home as they take a resident centred approach and the excellent professional, well trained and kind staff. If you are looking for a care home for your loved one I would highly recommend Anya Court.

Following on from a flood at home and hip surgery - Mum needed somewhere safe to recuperate and be looked after.
All of the staff were excellent - making sure she did her post op exercises and having the appropriate medication on time.
As Mum's home was not classed as habitable - whilst it dried
out and was redecorated. A particular lady in the management team was brilliant in liaising with the insurance company who covered the cost of the respite care.
In a very stressful situation it was lovely to know Mum was being cared for.
Thank you to all on Capella Floor & the particular staff member

From the moment I walked through the doors, Anya Court felt so welcoming, bright and beautiful! All of the staff go above and beyond their 'roles' and everyone feels heard and well cared for. We are dealing with happy, confident, experienced, friendly, caring, professional and intelligent teams. The

My mum has been a resident at Anya Court, Rugby, for just over a year now. She is living well with dementia and really settled in her community. The nurses and carers go out of their way to ensure she is happy and safe. They are very approachable and nothing is too much bother. The lifestyles team who
arrange the numerous activities are always thinking of new ways to involve the residents; whether their interests are singing, sport, music, art, gardening or cooking, there is something for everyone. Nearly every week, there is a special event to attend as well, such as VE Day celebrations, most recently or dementia week. They help us make special memories together, which is priceless. Thanks to the whole team, not forgetting admin, housekeeping & catering as well!

The care home handled my mother's failing health and subsequent death with kindness and sensitivity. At all times mum felt safe, comfortable and loved. The home genuinely care for their residents and their families. I couldn't have asked for more and will genuinely miss them now mum is no longer there.
Mum referred to Anya Court as home and used to say 'they like me there'. When she was in hospital all she wanted to do was go home to her carer family. That says everything about their standards of care.
As her family they have been so good and kind to us.

My mother has just passed away after two years at Anya Court. She was very happy during her time there - happier, in fact, than she had been for years. The care personnel could not have been kinder to her and to us and it was the best decision we ever took when we decided to place her there. We are
more than happy about all details of her life there - food, entertainment, care, medical assistance, comfort of her room. A big shout out to two staff members in particular, without whom my mother's last years would have been so much more difficult, so much sadder. For me, putting a loved one in a care home changed from being a negative step to a positive one. When she passed, my mother referred to Anya Court as "home" - what more can I say?

I spent 6 weeks at Anya Court with full mental capacity. A doctor did a weekly round of patients registered with a local practice, but in fact he was physician assistant and it was a video call with the head nurse, she described patients symptoms, diagnosis often occurred without patients being examined.
Prescriptions were emailed to a pharmacy in Nuneaton and often took 48 hours to be delivered, causing delayed treatment. One qualified nurse cared for about 80 residents at night, that nurse was often very stressed, and could be an agency nurse unfamiliar with the home. Everything that visitors and relatives might see, furniture, decor, communal lounges, coffee bar and food was good. The hairdresser was a bonus, no physiotherapy, and only low key chair exercises, I left the home less physically fit than when I arrived as there was no provision for regular exercise. Mental stimulation focused on residents with poor capacity, many brighter residents were bored and unhappy.

From our first initial visit to establish whether Anya Court was the place for my mother in law to stay we felt a sense of warmth and wellbeing. You felt at home, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond all of our expectation's.
All of questions were answered and we felt at ease.
Today
we moved my mother in law in and it was so nice to actually see her smile and laugh like she used to.
I know Anya Court will help her to achieve her care goals in moving in the right direction with the appropriate care and support staff to help her thrive.
I know she is going to love the home cooked food and delicious cakes.
We cannot thank you enough for all the care and support you have given us as a family at a time when this next chapter was all so new to us.

I'm so grateful to Anya Court Care Home for the exceptional care they gave my father. After visiting several homes, Anya stood out for its warmth and personal touch. The advisor for families supported us from the start, and the team even visited my father at home before he moved in to understand his
needs. Small gestures, like placing a photo of his favorite musical on his door, showed how much they cared. Daily activities kept him engaged, and the app helped us feel connected. In his final days, so many of the carers treated him with such dignity. One even sang to him and held his hand-moments we'll never forget. Anya Court is more than a care home; it's a place filled with love, respect, and compassion.
