The customer relations manager is really helpful and keeps his promises. Along with the day and night teams, they work to make it a pleasant place to stay. The senior team are very good at administering the medication at the necessary times as well as being part of the care staff.
I feel really looked
after and I am enjoying all the lovely food.

I have nothing but praise for the Anisha Grange team, particularly during my Mum Rosalind's end-of-life care.
- Staff are professional, empathetic, compassionate and attentive; they go over-and-above
- Range of services offered are comprehensive and met all Mum's/our needs and hopes
- Accommodation
was superb and very clean
- Flow of information to relatives was clear, concise and timely
- Nedical facilities are first-class, including communications with local health providers; the incumbent health professionals are SO knowledgeable and managed Mum's health and dementia-related issues superbly
My Mum was cared for and was able to reach the end of her life with dignity. You can't hope for more than that.
One example - just before her death one staff member - Hettie - washed her and brushed her hair, saying it was important for her to look her best for what was to come. That sums up the superb staff ethos and compassion.
Thank you to ALL staff who cared for my Mum.

I cannot thank the entire team at Hutton View enough for their sensitive care, empathy, skills, professionalism and thoughtfulness throughout recent weeks. Our mum was part of the superb nursing community for almost two years and her last weeks were managed incredibly carefully; ensuring that her wishes
were respected, that she was not in pain and that we, as a family, felt informed and supported. Thank you everyone.

It has taken me some time to be able to write this review following my mums passing but in a very short summary I would note it is a business first and foremost.
I don't have an issue against the care staff, they do their best however there are not enough present - one day I had to fetch them to lift
and move another resident from the floor but in order for two people to attend I then had to sit with and watch the remainder of the residents - thankfully nothing happened but for the money paid to me this was not acceptable.
My issue is actually with the management in situ at the home. This first started when I was concerned with the level of weight my mum was gaining being over fed when she already had high cholesterol. I raised this with the then manager who advised that the dementia will kill her before the cholesterol does, which, from a customer service perspective, set the tone thereafter.

When I arrived, my anxiety symptoms were extremely high within the first two weeks. I recognise how much they has dissipated due to my care here. I am sleeping so much better due to everyone involved. A very good experience. Which will give me more purpose in my life. Thank you.

Everything about my friend's experience of moving into Anisha Grange has been first class. The staff are polite, welcoming and have time to make sure that she is comfortable, happy, safe and well looked after. Communication for me has been excellent with a follow up call a week after her arrival. This
is a care home that really cares.

My Auntie Pauline recently had a fall resulting in a visit to A&E which confirmed she had broken her hip. The carer, Sam, went in the ambulance with Pauline and stayed with her until my sister was able to get to the hospital. Pauline has dementia so this must have been a very frightening as well as
painful experience for her. It was such a relief knowing that she had Sam with her to reassure and calm her.
I am so very grateful that Pauline is receiving such outstanding care and support from all of the wonderful team at Admiral Court.

I have had excellent care from the time I arrived from all the staff. They are all considerate and caring, with plenty of time to give to my needs. The food has been excellent and beautifully presented, and appetising. No regrets or complaints.

My mother was a resident for a brief time following hospitalisation after a serious fall. She was very unwell on admission and sadly passed away due to complications linked to the fall. The care and compassion mum received was unrivalled. All the staff were so kind to mum, but one member of staff went
above and beyond her role to help all the family cope at this sad time. (Shame I can't name her). So thank you all for allowing my mum to have calm and dignified final days, I really can't thank you enough.

I moved my friend to Hutton View 10 months ago, from another unsatisfactory care home. Since her move, my friend is much happier. The staff are all excellent and extremely friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is of a very good standard, with lots of options available. The home is very well
maintained and is a very nice place to visit. I would highly recommend Hutton View to anyone looking for a high quality home.

I have been at Hutton Vierw for two and a half years now, and I could not be happier. I truly can't fault the service of the team. One particular member of the management team stands out for being exceptionally caring, helpful and easy to talk to. Their always willing to sort out any problems and regularly
take me out to the garden because they know how much I love it. That simple act brightens up my day and makes me feel seen and valued. They always involve me ,and a joy to be around. The whole team is incredibly friendly and attentive.

Our father has only been a resident for a few months, but he has settled in very well. All the staff are so welcoming and always greet him by name. The pre-assessment was very detailed & we met with management after the first 2 weeks to clarify some things that had not been communicated to all staff.
As a family, we love the facilities on offer and that there are a variety of spaces to sit together. We also feel welcome to visit anytime. I feel more relaxed knowing Dad is being well cared for and that there is always someone on hand if he needs help.

Spent a lovely lunch in the bistro with my mother wonderfully organised by the hospitality services manager. My family member recently began a stay at Admiral Court to recuperate from an operation and I have been very impressed with the standard of care. First and foremost, the staff are knowledgeable, attentive and sincerely kind to residence and visitors alike. They have promptly addressed all aspects
of care, taken the time to answer all our questions, and really seem to be on the ball. The standards around the home are high, for example in the food, the quality of the furniture and in the range of facilities and activities available for residents. The staff clearly take the time to build a bond with the residents, talking and laughing with them, playing games, etc. rather than simply housing them, and I think that empathy is really important. I feel my family member is in good hands which is super reassuring.

My brother has just recently moved into Admiral Court and I couldn't be more delighted at the care and thoughtfulness he is receiving. The staff smile and actively get involved with the residents, the managers find excellent solutions for his particular needs, listening carefully and ending with reassurance,
the chef left us (his relatives) a tray of cakes on the first day, fresh flowers in his spotlessly clean room, his clothes all sorted and accessible. He is safe, the admin has all been completed, physio/district nurse have already visited, he's dared to leave his room and go into the lounge with other residents; the activities programme offers such a variety that I know he'll find things to enjoy. My focus is on him regaining his mobility, reducing his fears and socialising - I am really reassured to see this already starting to happen.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to the staff of this amazing care home, there are not enough words to describe their outstanding care, compassion, advice and support of not only the residents but also the associated members of the 'residents' family. The whole ethos of this home is exceptional
and the quality of care is outstanding. The meals, housekeeping, care, cleanliness and overall welcoming feeling is a credit to your staff.
