For the last 8 months Anisha Grange, Billericay, has given me a home and care with which I have been very happy - management that has been responsive to my needs, carers who are very friendly obliging and compassionate, and staff that provide excellent food and domestic service. Anisha Grange more than lives up to its scale of OUTSTANDING,

Staff are really caring. Mgt good this month in difficult circumstances - heat, staff holidays. Cafe hosts pretty exceptional. Friendly and always smiling. Willing to go the extra mile. Current mgt open to sugesstions and act quickly where possible.

I come to Anisha Grange most days to see my Dad and am always impressed with the care he receives. All the staff are so caring. Nothing is too much trouble. Today I attended the summer BBQ and so many staff who were not on duty came in to see the residents and help out. There was a lovely family atmosphere generated by the current management team all pulling together with carers, reception, hosts and lifestyle. The staff are a credit to Hallmark.

All the team at Admiral Court are FABULOUS and they went out of their way to make my Mum's 90th birthday celebrations super special! We had organised for her to have a small afternoon tea party for close family and we had booked the private dining room for this. The chefs provided an absolutely outstanding tea of a variety of sweet and savoury treats, with lots of fresh fruit including watermelon and pineapple which was so refreshing in the hot weather. The cake was so beautiful and my Mum's favourite flavours of lemon and blueberry. The room had been beautifully decorated too and looked stunning. I cannot praise the staff, especially Elaine, Beth and the chefs highly enough - they really did go above and beyond to create an incredibly special day which made my Mum so happy. This is a place where residents and, by extension their families, feel so well cared for. Whenever I visit I feel I really get to spend quality time with my Mum and she is brilliantly looked after. I am very pleased with the care my mother has been receiving since she entered Hallmark Admiral Court three months ago. The staff are all very caring, polite and are actually interested in and develop a rapport with their clients. I am always impressed that whenever I visit, I am invariably given an update on my mother's current wellbeing and recent activities - without prompting. My mother is very happy with her new surroundings and the care she receives. The premises are very clean, I understand the food is excellent, and the atmosphere throughout is welcoming and friendly. Thank you to all.

Since moving to Anisha Grange, I have felt much safer and cared for, and all my physical and mental needs have been cared for. There's always somebody here I can talk to. The food is excellent, good variety and great chefs. The carers have been very understanding with all my support.

We celebrated my mother's 90th birthday yesterday. The Pineapple Room has been decorated with banners and decorations, and it looked lovely. We were looked after by Kelly, who was amazing and very attentive. We had a buffet laid on, and it was amazing. Loads of delicious food more than we could eat, they had made a beautiful birthday cake for my mum, which was delicious, there were 10 of us and mum, and we all had an amazing afternoon thanks to Kelly and the other staff, very memorable.

The care they all showed made her day and makes me so happy she is being so well looked after

I could not be more grateful for the high level of care that my father is receiving at Anisha Grange. The customer relations manager gave my father brilliant support while he was waiting to move in, and then to get him settled into his room during his first days and weeks. And he gave such a warm welcome and help to us all as a family, understanding so well what a big move it was. I am so grateful to him, the care home staff and the care team, too numerous to mention - all so lovely and friendly, polite and caring. Communications are superb (e.g. hospitalisation, illnesses). And on top of all this, Anisha Grange is such an attractive place, always with a warm welcome from reception and help on offer for whatever's needed. Thank you all for keeping our father so comfortable, content and safe. Anisha Grange has turned out to be everything I'd hoped for and much more.

From our first enquiry the service we have received from all the staff has been outstanding. Their warmth & understanding is exemplary. The home is spotlessly clean. The residents rooms are warm, comfortable and well appointed. The fresh flowers are a very nice touch. The common areas are welcoming and the overall ambience is relaxing. The catering is impressive with plenty of choices and all food is freshly cooked. The pastries/cakes are delicious! We would recommend Admiral Court without hesitation,

My mother went into Admiral Court today and was welcomed by all staff and loved her room. .

I have visited Admiral Court in Leigh for the past four yeras to visit my sister. Three afternoons a week, I have found a pleasant atmopshere when I walk in the home an =d during my visits. The staff and carers have always been most helpful.I look forward to my visits.

Staff are charming and very helpful.

I felt that I was home from the moment I arrived a year ago. All the staff are my friends. Nothing is too much trouble, and I feel very cared for. They are all brilliant. I have made friends here and have no regrets about living here.

I am very happy with my view at Hallmark Hutton View.

It is an excellent area to live in.
