there is a Coffee Bar where you can help yourself to a selection of hot drinks and a cake if you fancy one. The residents seem to enjoy meeting their visitors there and in the warmer days, you can have a stroll through the well kept gardens. The residents have a little patio of their own outside their rooms which is a nice touch. All in all, I would highly recommend the Home to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and safe place to place your relatives.

the TC all day. MIL's care is as near as you could get to one on one care, and all the carers are brilliant. I would recommend this home 100%.

made my dad feel SO welcome and always was happy, helpful and my dad was so relaxed and happy. Whenever we visited, everyone again was incredibly friendly and welcoming to us and nothing was ever too much trouble. The facilities and the way it has been decorated oozes luxury but above all the feeling that the staff really care gave me the peace of mind that making this choice for my uncle was the right thing to do.
The General Manager came to say hello while the Customer Relationship Manager gave us a tour and answered all of our questions. Every member of staff we passed said Hello!
It was wonderful to see the Dementia residents engaged in every area we visited supported by the staff.

The home itself is modern, clean and welcoming. The standard of care given to my mother during her almost 5 years there has been nothing less than exceptional. They seem to treat residents with care and provide the emotional support that is desperately needed. They are always looking at making my mother's life better and I've little doubt that their care and attention to detail has extended her life.
They have a dedicated dementia care manager who keeps in touch with me and has suggested several ideas that have helped my mother enormously.
Moving a loved one to a care home is a huge decision but the team at Bucklesham Grange make that decision a lot easier.
