Lakeview and its staff are wonderful and they encourage our visits which are of benefit to everyone.

The care given is excellent and we know she is well looked after and safe She is really happy here and calls it home The staff feel like family and we also love visiting as they are so friendly The home itself is spotless and I regularly recommend to other friends who are looking for accommodation and care for there family members

Moving my grandma into Lakeview Care Home couldn't have been better. The staff are all wonderful and very friendly. It feels as though they care about the whole family too, not just residents, and keep you updated on everything. The facilities are amazing, and having a hairdresser on-site is very helpful and nice. Every day, they have activities and events in line with the seasons, which I think helps residents know what's going on. The visit from the nursery children weekly, my grandma loves and it is a brilliant idea.

I'd like to thank the staff (every person I have interacted with) for the incredible care they are giving my mother, who has dementia. They are all gentle, caring, professional, and also patient. The staff are always smiling and encouraging. We feel that our mother is in a family home, not just a care home. She is wrapped in caring arms. I just wish this standard of care could be extended to all people who suffer from dementia in the whole country.

Mum is well looked after and supported. When she's upset, they calm her down, and today she was the calmest I've seen her in ages. The people that work here are just so lovely.

Explained to the reception desk that the gutter was badly leaking, noisy at night during sleep, with 1 litre a minute pouring down. Gave room number and notified the maintenance, fixed within a few days - happy.

I would like to write and thank all the staff at Lakeview for their excellent care that they give. The home is well organised, clean, welcoming and well run.

In my opinion, Lakeview Care Home provides exemplary standards of care, from the management and all staff, including receptionists, they are very approachable, helpful, and ensure residents are given respect, compassion, dignity and understanding of their individual needs. The home is well-maintained throughout. I am so grateful that my sister has settled in so well in this safe and friendly atmosphere.

Lovely place to visit.

I visited, whilst on holiday, a dear friend who was able to tell me so much about the home and the care she is receiving. Everything she told me exceeded all other homes I have visited. An excellent place to visit.

The staff are exceptional throughout.
