We have recently moved my mother from another care home and have been so impressed by the manager, staff and welcome she has had. All staff have an excellent understanding of dementia, which has had a hugely positive impact on Mum's happiness and wellbeing. She feels secure, enjoys the activities and
wonders in the beautiful gardens. It has been a huge relief to find Lakeview and see Mum content and treated with dignity.

I am so glad that Mum has been at Lakeview during the COVID period. The staff have been very kind, even arranging in-room one-to-one activities and reading to Mum when she was poorly. I don't think she could have been better looked after anywhere.

Lakeview is a wonderful home with very caring staff. You feel part of a family. My mother is very well looked after in a stimulating environment with lots of varied activities.
Good food and nutrition, with personal care and dignity taken into account. All-round excellent care!

Mum has been a resident of Lakeview for almost four years now. I am delighted with the standard of cleanliness and care and would certainly recommend to others looking for a safe and secure placement for their loved ones. Since her arrival, Lakeview has worked hard to help my mother settle in and start to integrate with the activities and residents in the home. They have worked with the local GP to address a number of health issues and have always kept me informed.

Lakeview is a warm and welcoming care home. The rooms are clean and homely.
The staff are second to none. Friendly, caring and care for their residents extremely well.
Activities are always happening; painting, quizzes, dancing, bingo and outings. I would highly recommend Lakeview for care.

Amazing care home who have looked after the residents with care and compassion throughout the Covid pandemic, ensuring their safety and well being at all times. The cheerful disposition of staff has remained throughout the difficult times we find ourselves in. The staff have gone above and beyond in
keeping the residents engaged in activities and finding ways to keep them in touch with their relatives when they have not been able to visit due to Covid precautions.
My father has been at Lakeview for a year and the peace of mind I have knowing he is well cared for is priceless.

Visited my mother in the outdoor suite. Arrangements smooth and safety measures reassuring. The carer was very pleasant and helped mum look at photos with us. Good visit nice catch-up.

With over 15 years of experience in the care sector, I’m proud to lead the wonderful team here at Lakeview Care Home. I was drawn to Hallmark because it’s a respected name in the industry — known for innovation, compassion, and a genuine commitment to excellence. Being part of Lakeview allows me to contribute to those same high standards and create a truly special place for residents to call home.


In my day-to-day role, I oversee the smooth running of the home, ensuring we provide safe, person-centred care while supporting my team to grow in confidence and pride. The most rewarding part of my role is seeing residents happy, comfortable, and thriving, and knowing that their families feel reassured and supported.
