Lovely place to visit.

I visited, whilst on holiday, a dear friend who was able to tell me so much about the home and the care she is receiving. Everything she told me exceeded all other homes I have visited. An excellent place to visit.

As an initial comment, Lakeview and its staff are always welcoming for residents and visitors.
A specific comment relates to the care of my mother-in-law following a recent fall. She was kindly cared for with dignity, with her comfort and wellbeing at the forefront. She is now on the mend, and we
were fully kept informed.
The staff are exceptional throughout.

Exceptional level of care. I can happily leave my mother at Lakeview with absolute certainty that she will be looked after to the highest standards. All the staff are wonderful, from receptionists to carers to managers.

I would recommend Lakeview. The staff are kind, patient and genuinely compassionate, always taking the time to listen and treat residents with dignity and respect.
Thome itself is clean, comfortable and well-maintained with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

We cannot thank the staff at Lakeview enough for providing a home from home for both our mother and for us, her family. Lakeview is a wonderful home with dedicated, caring staff that truly understand how to provide the perfect environment for dementia care. Our mother must feel loved; she is treated

Care and attention to detail are extraordinary. Kindness and intelligence are prioritised. My father-in-law has come alive here in a way we simply could not have imagined a year ago. We could not be any more grateful. Excellent!

Staff always helpful & very nice. Facilities are great, and our relative is well cared for, meaning our minds are at rest and we don't worry.
