We cannot thank the staff at Lakeview enough for providing a home from home for both our mother and for us, her family. Lakeview is a wonderful home with dedicated, caring staff that truly understand how to provide the perfect environment for dementia care. Our mother must feel loved; she is treated with such dignity and care, no matter what.

Care and attention to detail are extraordinary. Kindness and intelligence are prioritised. My father-in-law has come alive here in a way we simply could not have imagined a year ago. We could not be any more grateful. Excellent!

Staff always helpful & very nice. Facilities are great, and our relative is well cared for, meaning our minds are at rest and we don't worry.

Dad has been at Lakeview for 8 months now and has settled really well. The staff are attentive, friendly, caring and treat everyone with care, respect and as individuals. The atmosphere is so lovely, and it is a pleasure to visit. Thank you for everything.

What an absolutley brilliant care home. Every member of staff whether receptionist, senior and head of department - every one treat their residents with respect and kindness. I wish all care homes were as brilliant as this one.

My husband and I visited Lakeview to enquire about respite care for my mother-in-law, who has been finding it difficult to live independently while recovering from an infection. From our first telephone enquiry, through our initial and subsequent visits, we were met with kindness and understanding by everybody that we came into contact with. For now, she has decided that she would like to explore whether she can be supported to stay in her own home, but from everything we saw Lakeview seems a wonderful home for supported living.

My dad had 9 weeks at care view while he was waiting for a room at a care home at Kew in Wimbledon. The admission to Lakeview quite honestly saved dad and the family after a long hospital admission where he had been critically ill and was no longer safe to go back home. Every member of staff from carer to nurse to activities co-ordinator to kitchen staff to receptionist were so attentive to dad and treated him like a member of their own family. My dad was shy and introvert but they managed to engage him in activities to keep him stimulated. They even baked him a huge cake and celebrated his birthday the day after he arrived. Any emails and queries I raised were answered promptly and the atmosphere of the home was very positive and uplifting. Highly recommend.

Have been visiting for over a year now, and every time, Lakeview has been very welcoming, with the staff available to assist and provide advice. Most residents I have met are happy, but new ones want to go home. Perfectly natural. I give this home 9/10, as sometimes the car park is full.

Lakeview is a wonderful care home. The staff and management team are all so kind and caring towards residents and take great care of my Dad. The activities team organise lots of engaging events tailored to residents interests and physical abilities. The grounds and the home are beautifully maintained and residents enjoy the gardens. The catering team put on lovely menus daily and carer for all the in house events, such as parties and seasonal celebrations. There is always something going on. We are so grateful to all the team for all the care and assistance they give to my Dad who is very happy here.

I am extremely happy with every aspect of care given to my father. Each and every one of the staff cares about his individual needs, the level of care is second to none. The standards are of the highest quality and the home is managed expertly along with the team of caring, professional and friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and personalised and the activity schedule and menus are both engaging and excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Lakeview Care Home.

I am really pleased we chose Lakeview as a home for my husband, he has been very well cared for on the dementia floor. The staff are so welcoming and kind and always keep me informed of any issues or changes. The home is superbly clean and modern and very homely. I am always given a warm welcome, whatever time of the day I visit. There is lots going on each day, activities for residents and social events for residents and families. There is always a great choice of food on the menu and snacks throughout the day. I cannot speak highly enough of this excellent home.
