Nestled in the heart of the local community in Ely, Hallmark Regency House is a place residents can live each day to the fullest, providing award-winning residential, nursing and respite care. Residents can also rest assured that all the essentials are covered with Hallmark All-Inclusive.

Moving into a care home can be daunting, but the team’s bighearted approach puts residents and their loved ones at the heart of all they do. As they would have in their own home, loved ones are welcome to pop-by day or night. This welcome is extended to four-legged companions as Regency House will do all they can to move them in with residents.

The CR Manager of this home "swayed" our decision.
Fantastic interpersonal skills & her experience was 'noticed'.
Regency House has excellent facilities, and staff often encourage Mam to 'participate'.
Reception staff are welcoming & engage well with their customers.
This has been a trying time
for the family since late December, and Regency House has gone a long way in helping us accept this dramatic change in Mam's wellbeing.

We recently had to make a decision none of us felt qualified to make. After a fall at home and a short stay in hospital, we were advised that my 100-year-old mother would need ongoing nursing care.
We were given a list of suitable Care Homes and deliberately left Regency House until last as it was
the furthest away from most of the family, and none of us really wanted to travel across the city daily!
From the moment we walked in, we knew it was the right place - the initial welcome at the front desk, the cafe-style entrance hall and the introductory tour and information by management made us feel comfortable about Mam's future in their care.
She has been there now for a month, and the weight of worry has been lifted from our shoulders.
She seems content and is happy to join in the activities with a little persuasion. All the nurses and carers are really friendly and approachable.
If we have a concern about anything, they are always willing to listen and respond.

My mum has just recently, over the last 3 weeks became a resident. I have to say what a gorgeous place, spotlessly clean, loads to do for her. Beautiful gardens, lovely touch with the coffee shop area where even us visitors can sit and have coffee and cake etc. But most of all I want to say how wonderful
all the staff, carers, cleaners and nurses are. They are friendly, caring and professional, nothing is too much. I worried about mum going into a home. However I feel less tressed knowing she is well looked after.

I am a resident at Regency House Care Home. I arrived in April this year leaving my home and in need of extra help. Since being in Regency I feel so happy enjoying the company of other people. Everybody here is so social. All the staff are always at hand making sure all our needs are attended to. I

Superb care shown to my sister who has been a resident of Regency House for some time. She is treated with dignity and above all compassion by all the staff. If there should be a problem staff and management are quick to help and iron out any glitches if there are any. The activities are outstanding
and all can take part at some level. Something for everyone and cater for all tastes.

I visit my brother-in-law once a week, he is always happy and contented in the home! He was finding life difficult at home and it is really positive to see him so content. There is an interesting programme of activities in which he participates and enjoys very much. The staff we meet are always pleasant

Mum-in-law is a new resident. As a family, we are so pleased with the environment of the home.

Hallmark Regency House has been a wonderful, welcoming home for my parents. It is so important for them to be together. The staff are fantastic, caring, kind, thoughtful and very professional. We particularly love the cafe and all the activities that the staff provide. They keep my mum and dad alert
and engaged as well as entertained, singing, exercising, talking, visits from children and animals, and games to name but a few.
The nursing staff are very attentive to my dad's complex needs and the carers are so patient and respectful. Thank you to you all.

My 96 year old Dad moved into Regency House at the beginning of March. The only regret he has is that he didn't do it sooner. I could mention the outstanding facilities, hygiene, food and entertainment but the real outstanding feature is the staff. There is a strong culture there, in every department,
to not only undertake their roles to the highest standard but to offer outstanding care to all its clients. The client interaction everywhere is done with a smile and a strong upbeat approach. My dad is in the best location for his ongoing care and it is comforting knowing that he is in good hands.

Dad has been living at Hallmark Regency House for over 5 years. He was slow to settle due to his personal circumstances, but the amazing staff were exceptionally patient and caring and he now lives very happily in the home. As a family, we are extremely happy with his overall care, treatment and support
he is given by all staff. He gets involved with activities on a regular basis and is always encouraged to do so. Would highly recommend Hallmark Regency House to friends and family. Amazing home and staff!

I needed a residential home for Mum at short notice.
I visited Regency Hall on Monday and was very impressed.
All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to get Mum discharged from hospital and moved in on Wednesday of the same week. As soon as she arrived staff went out of their way
to meet her and ask about her likes and dislikes, she is settling in well and I am certain that she will be safe and well looked after.

The care and support my 93-year-old mother has received since joining Regency House Care Home has been truly outstanding. It was a big change for her, but all the staff could not have done more to make her feel welcome and to enable her to settle in. She is safe, happy, content and very well cared for.
For me, living in London, this peace of mind is invaluable.

Since coming to Regency House, my cousin has had such a wonderful experience. He spent many years alone with brief carer visits and visits from his brother, but since being here, he has so much more in his life. Stimulating activities and caring staff make his life so much more interesting and happy.
He is always happy when I visit him and the staff care for him so well. It is a great relief to us that we know he is cared for so well and he has new friends to meet and interact with.
