Nestled in the heart of the local community in Ely, Hallmark Regency House is a place residents can live each day to the fullest, providing award-winning residential, nursing and respite care. Residents can also rest assured that all the essentials are covered with Hallmark All-Inclusive.

Moving into a care home can be daunting, but the team’s bighearted approach puts residents and their loved ones at the heart of all they do. Hallmark Regency House has been a wonderful, welcoming home for my parents. It is so important for them to be together. The staff are fantastic, caring, kind, thoughtful and very professional. We particularly love the cafe and all the activities that the staff provide. They keep my mum and dad alert
and engaged as well as entertained, singing, exercising, talking, visits from children and animals, and games to name but a few.
The nursing staff are very attentive to my dad's complex needs and the carers are so patient and respectful. Thank you to you all.

My 96 year old Dad moved into Regency House at the beginning of March. The only regret he has is that he didn't do it sooner. I could mention the outstanding facilities, hygiene, food and entertainment but the real outstanding feature is the staff. There is a strong culture there, in every department,
to not only undertake their roles to the highest standard but to offer outstanding care to all its clients. The client interaction everywhere is done with a smile and a strong upbeat approach. My dad is in the best location for his ongoing care and it is comforting knowing that he is in good hands.

Dad has been living at Hallmark Regency House for over 5 years. He was slow to settle due to his personal circumstances, but the amazing staff were exceptionally patient and caring and he now lives very happily in the home. As a family, we are extremely happy with his overall care, treatment and support
he is given by all staff. He gets involved with activities on a regular basis and is always encouraged to do so. Would highly recommend Hallmark Regency House to friends and family. Amazing home and staff!

I needed a residential home for Mum at short notice.
I visited Regency Hall on Monday and was very impressed.
All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to get Mum discharged from hospital and moved in on Wednesday of the same week. As soon as she arrived staff went out of their way
to meet her and ask about her likes and dislikes, she is settling in well and I am certain that she will be safe and well looked after.

The care and support my 93-year-old mother has received since joining Regency House Care Home has been truly outstanding. It was a big change for her, but all the staff could not have done more to make her feel welcome and to enable her to settle in. She is safe, happy, content and very well cared for.
For me, living in London, this peace of mind is invaluable.

Since coming to Regency House, my cousin has had such a wonderful experience. He spent many years alone with brief carer visits and visits from his brother, but since being here, he has so much more in his life. Stimulating activities and caring staff make his life so much more interesting and happy.
He is always happy when I visit him and the staff care for him so well. It is a great relief to us that we know he is cared for so well and he has new friends to meet and interact with.

Dad settled in well after leaving hospital. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are good and every week there is a schedule of activities available. Good to know there is a nurse's station on every floor.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. My mother seems very happy at the care home and she enjoys the activities very much. I know that if there was ever a problem it would be acted upon in a professional way. The standards at the home are very good and the staff are excellent.

My mum has been a resident now for just over a month. In that time, my mother is now a different person. She is the happiest she has been for many years. The standard of care is excellent, the staff are great. They are available at all times to assist Mum if needed. They are so approachable and friendly
and their care is first-class. I know my mum is in the best hands possible. She loves all the activities, food (which is fantastic) and best of all, the coffee shop area. Thanks to Regency House Care Home for everything.

This is my personal view, as I am one of a number of siblings, but I am delighted with the standard of care offered at Regency House Care Home. The staff are amazing, supportive and helpful, they really care about my parents. I love the set-up at Regency House, the cafe atmosphere downstairs and the

My brother came to live in Regency House Care Home at the end of July. When we were looking we felt it to be the right place for my brother. Everybody is so friendly. Always clean and tidy. Staff very approachable and helpful nothing too much trouble.

Excellent home. Mum is happier here than she’s been for ages. The staff are wonderful, and Mum loves them and lights up when they pop in to say hi to her. The care is wonderful and is as good as I could expect. My brother, sister and I cannot recommend this home highly enough.

Thank you to all the staff and carers who helped us give my mother-in-law a wonderful ninetieth birthday party on Sunday July 2nd 2023. The staff, chefs and carers worked so hard to make it a successful celebration. We want to make a particular mention and thank you to the chef and catering staff, as
the buffet was excellent. Thank you, also, to the staff who decorated the room with banners and balloons. It was very special and really appreciated. My mother-in-law was so happy and really enjoyed her party. She couldn’t believe that it was all for her. We are very grateful for everyone at the home who always look after her so well. She is safe, happy and content under your care. We always feel welcome when we visit and we are kept informed on her care and wellbeing.

With a strong focus on excellence, she ensures that every aspect of the home’s environment, hospitality, and day-to-day presentation meets the highest standards.


Jenny is committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained setting for residents, enhancing their overall well-being and ensuring their individual needs are consistently met.

Wendy joined Regency House in January 2022, bringing over seven years of experience in similar roles to her position as Lifestyle Lead. Her dedication to enhancing the lives of residents through meaningful activities and social engagement has earned her the prestigious Gold Award at the Welsh Care Awards, reflecting her passion and commitment to outstanding care.


In her role, Wendy oversees a team of six Lifestyle Assistants, working collaboratively to design and deliver a diverse and engaging activity programme. Her initiatives focus on enriching residents' lives, fostering social connections, and creating a vibrant and inclusive community within Regency House.
