Great service and staff. Mum is very happy here staff are always helpful with great communication. It's great to see Mum smiling when I come to visit.

My mum has just recently, over the last 3 weeks became a resident. I have to say what a gorgeous place, spotlessly clean, loads to do for her. Beautiful gardens, lovely touch with the coffee shop area where even us visitors can sit and have coffee and cake etc. But most of all I want to say how wonderful all the staff, carers, cleaners and nurses are. They are friendly, caring and professional, nothing is too much. I worried about mum going into a home. However I feel less tressed knowing she is well looked after.

I am a resident at Regency House Care Home. I arrived in April this year leaving my home and in need of extra help. Since being in Regency I feel so happy enjoying the company of other people. Everybody here is so social. All the staff are always at hand making sure all our needs are attended to. I am not lonely anymore and very happy it has improved my life immensely.

Superb care shown to my sister who has been a resident of Regency House for some time. She is treated with dignity and above all compassion by all the staff. If there should be a problem staff and management are quick to help and iron out any glitches if there are any. The activities are outstanding and all can take part at some level. Something for everyone and cater for all tastes.

I visit my brother-in-law once a week, he is always happy and contented in the home! He was finding life difficult at home and it is really positive to see him so content. There is an interesting programme of activities in which he participates and enjoys very much. The staff we meet are always pleasant and chatty.

My brother has been a resident since April 2024 and settled very well in Regency. The staff are friendly, happy and helpful. The admission process was made smooth by the customer manager. She explained everything and made it stress-free. My brother is really happy, he loves the activities, and he's receiving the best fun he has had in years.

The efforts of the team to make my mother-in-law settle are much appreciated.

The nursing staff are very attentive to my dad's complex needs and the carers are so patient and respectful. Thank you to you all.

My 96 year old Dad moved into Regency House at the beginning of March. The only regret he has is that he didn't do it sooner. I could mention the outstanding facilities, hygiene, food and entertainment but the real outstanding feature is the staff. There is a strong culture there, in every department, to not only undertake their roles to the highest standard but to offer outstanding care to all its clients. The client interaction everywhere is done with a smile and a strong upbeat approach. My dad is in the best location for his ongoing care and it is comforting knowing that he is in good hands.

Dad has been living at Hallmark Regency House for over 5 years. He was slow to settle due to his personal circumstances, but the amazing staff were exceptionally patient and caring and he now lives very happily in the home. As a family, we are extremely happy with his overall care, treatment and support he is given by all staff. He gets involved with activities on a regular basis and is always encouraged to do so. Would highly recommend Hallmark Regency House to friends and family. Amazing home and staff!

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to get Mum discharged from hospital and moved in on Wednesday of the same week. As soon as she arrived staff went out of their way to meet her and ask about her likes and dislikes, she is settling in well and I am certain that she will be safe and well looked after.

The care and support my 93-year-old mother has received since joining Regency House Care Home has been truly outstanding. It was a big change for her, but all the staff could not have done more to make her feel welcome and to enable her to settle in. She is safe, happy, content and very well cared for. For me, living in London, this peace of mind is invaluable.

Since coming to Regency House, my cousin has had such a wonderful experience. He spent many years alone with brief carer visits and visits from his brother, but since being here, he has so much more in his life. Stimulating activities and caring staff make his life so much more interesting and happy. He is always happy when I visit him and the staff care for him so well. It is a great relief to us that we know he is cared for so well and he has new friends to meet and interact with.

Regency House Care Home is amazing. There is such a welcoming, positive and caring attitude toward the residents and their guests. We cannot fault the place - totally recommend!

Dad settled in well after leaving hospital. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are good and every week there is a schedule of activities available. Good to know there is a nurse's station on every floor.

Following a difficult settling-in period for my mother, I cannot be more grateful for the extra care, time and effort that all the staff at Regency House have put in. During what can sometimes be trying circumstances I have found everyone to be helpful, cheerful and positive in their dealings with my mother.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. My mother seems very happy at the care home and she enjoys the activities very much. I know that if there was ever a problem it would be acted upon in a professional way. The standards at the home are very good and the staff are excellent.

My mum has been a resident now for just over a month. In that time, my mother is now a different person. She is the happiest she has been for many years. The standard of care is excellent, the staff are great. They are available at all times to assist Mum if needed. They are so approachable and friendly and their care is first-class. I know my mum is in the best hands possible. She loves all the activities, food (which is fantastic) and best of all, the coffee shop area. Thanks to Regency House Care Home for everything.

This is my personal view, as I am one of a number of siblings, but I am delighted with the standard of care offered at Regency House Care Home. The staff are amazing, supportive and helpful, they really care about my parents. I love the set-up at Regency House, the cafe atmosphere downstairs and the receptionists are great! The activities are excellent and my parents are treated with respect and dignity. Thank you all so much everyone, you are wonderful.
