Cannot praise Henley Manor care home enough. The manager is always on hand to chat if you need anything. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive to the residents. The facilities, food and comfort are great. There is always a range of activities happening and during July a trip was arranged to the regatta course which my mum thoroughly enjoyed. As a daily visitor I always come into a modern, bright atmosphere welcomed by staff who show a real care and compassion to residents and visitors alike.

The team of carers are gentle, sympathetic, and professional, while it is difficult to keep food appetising and appealing when they are catering for so many different tastes and ailments. The chef makes the food look attractive, and we can have snacks at any time. The activities are varied and sometimes need all our imagination and sense of fun. Overall, a super place!

Even before we arrived the customer relationship manager has been excellent showing us around, helping with all the necessary paperwork and being very responsive to all our questions. On arrival all the staff (and many residents) have been very welcoming, treating Dad with respect and dignity and encouraging as much independence as possible whilst also wanting to understand his preferences. He is still settling in, but I am hopeful that this will be a positive move for him. Many thanks again!

From the moment we first visited Henley Manor Care Home, we were made to feel most welcome. To me, it always felt like a 'home' in the truest sense of the word.
