Hallmark Anisha Grange

Anisha Grange is a top-class, five-star care home in Billericay. My uncle was only there for a short time before passing away but the care he received was exemplary. The care he received was attentive and maintained his dignity in his final days. I would not hesitate to recommend Anisha to anyone and the staff were absolutely first class in every way. A big thank you to all.

Anisha Grange has coped admirably with the complications caused by the pandemic and has continued to provide an excellent level of care throughout.

A lovely room, garden, coffee lounge and sitting areas. Delicious flexible menu, excellent laundry, hairdressers, reception and communication to family. Thank you for everything - a superb team!

I entered Anisha Grange for respite 05/02/2020 and was so impressed by the level of care etc, I was happy to stay. I am still here in January 2021.

This has been a very unusual month because of the covid-19 virus. I opted to have the vaccine and have suffered no ill effects. The worst problem for me has been boredom, and the inability to mix also. I also miss my daily use of the stairs (vital if I am going to be able to visit my local family again). It was a great relief to have our usual staff back after the Christmas break and to feel that normality is back within sight.

My mum has been in Anisha Grange for over four years during which time her needs have changed and the staff have addressed these changes very well. Her care had not faltered and the welcome and support I have received has always been first class. The staff are like our family now.

We really appreciate all the care and kindness Mum has always been shown by all the staff at Anisha Grange. Throughout this difficult period, she has remained very cheerful and has constantly told me, during our phone calls, how lovely everyone is to her and how lucky she is to be a resident. We are very extremely grateful to everyone involved for her excellent care.

There seems to be a remarkably caring culture at Anisha, which is a credit to the management and all the staff. Despite understandable reservations about leaving her own home of 70-years, Mother has been consistently confident in and contented with the care she has received at Anisha.

An experience similar to staying in a 1st class hotel but with having care given and dignity preserved. Management greatly involved in all aspects. Most important loving care given.

At this very difficult time of lockdown, the management has certainly been on the ball with procedures and measures to protect both staff and residents. We have been kept informed of developments and policies. Video calls have been set up to enable me to contact the mother. It seems to me that the whole team do their very best each day to support the residents. I have every confidence that my mother is safe and being well looked after, thanks to the dedicated team of carers and excellent management.

The standards of Anisha Grange are excellent across the board. There is a good team atmosphere and this feeds through to the residents.

A very homely and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are always available if there are any problems and the residents are always treated well.

My grandad was recently housed at Anisha Grange and since his admittance, we, as a family, cannot fault anything about the home. He is well looked after and the staff/management are fantastic. The facilities are great. Also, cannot thank them enough for their commitment to the residents.

I visit my friend once a week and whichever day I come, the staff are always busy, helpful and friendly to visitors and residents. The atmosphere in the home is one of the best I have experienced in visits to many homes over the last five years. I always feel that the residents are treated with kindness and respect whatever their mood of the moment is! The staff are very patient and involve residents in all activities.

My experience of this care home has nothing but extreme praise, from the moment I came in to see Anisha Grange to the time my great uncle arrived I have been truly made to feel at ease. The staff here are amazing.

First impressions: Arrived four days ago, the staff very friendly and attentive. Fellow residents congenial company, confident I will settle in with great satisfaction in my choice.

My second review, now we are 4 months into our Anisha Grange journey. My first review identified 'friendliness' as this care home's differentiating factor - well I am pleased to report that this friendliness continues to pervade every aspect of the Anisha Grange Team's ethos. My Mother in Law has settled in very well and continually tells me of the fact that her care team always find time for her, no matter what the circumstances. I have also seen the determination of the catering team, to understand what the residents like to eat, and I salute their effort is listening, noting, and taking action - it cannot be easy catering for such a diverse set of customers, but their desire to listen is indeed a great attribute - well done the catering team (beautiful birthday cake!). Finally, I think the whole Coffee Club idea is just great, it allows residents and guests to take a break in a positive environment, or just grab a coffee on the way to the room for a visit - a 'real' asset.
