Since my Nan has come to the home she has put on weight. She's been taking daily activities which have helped her tremendously with her mobility and mental cognitive reactions/conversation. She has great company. The staff are so friendly and caring. I feel so happy to leave my Nan here. So much better
than her being alone in her little flat. I'd stay here.

My Aunt has been here for 3 weeks, it's been very hard for her to leave her home but the staff have done there utmost to keep her happy and safe. The food is outstanding. All meals are tender and tasty. The menu is different every week. The cafe area has every drink you can think off. Fresh cakes and
biscuits too. Lots of activities going on. Very clean and tidy it's like home from home. Everyone is so friendly and caring. We couldn't have chosen a better home.

Only here for short stay but made to feel like royalty/celebrity. Everybody knew my name from the 1st day and treated me with respect and in a friendly, approachable manner. I felt totally safe/secure in their hands. Nothing was too much trouble.

My mother has been a resident for 9 months now and we have noticed a marked improvement in her physical abilities, state of mind and appetite. When she was at home, she was lonely and bored but at Anisha Grange, she enjoys the range of activities on offer with her new friends.


The café is perfect

for visitors as my mother can keep her bedroom private. All the staff are thoughtful, diligent and friendly and as a family, we are all very pleased with mum's new home.

Staff are very caring and well trained. They are friendly to visitors and try to make the care home as homely as possible. The surroundings provide a comfortable environment with beautiful gardens. There is a good variety of activities and residents are encouraged to participate. There have been several
changes in the management team recently however, Hallmark are endeavouring to make these as unobtrusive as possible.

My mother has been in Anisha Grange for nine months and has really settled in well. She really enjoys the environment, the activities and the way the staff care for her, which is FANTASTIC.
Mum takes part in many of the activities (and there are things on every day). She says the food is very good
and, it has to be said, neither of us can think of anywhere that she would be better off.
Final words, the staff there are LOVELY.

Today, we attended a special birthday celebration for one of the residents. It was a pleasure to be welcomed so warmly by all the staff.
The party room had been sympathetically decorated and the staff did their utmost to ensure the resident was happy and enjoying the occasion.
Well done to all staff
who contributed to this day. A most wonderful atmosphere made his day special not just for the recipient but for all guests who attended.

Our mother (95) came to stay with you in June 2016 on the residential floor, Autumn Way. The staff were just wonderful! They loved and cared for Mum and also ourselves (her children). When she sadly passed away in September, our father (98) then came to Anisha Grange in September when the managerial
staff were extremely reactive and professional and enabled us to bring him direct from Northwich Park Hospital. Once again the staff were terrific and provided a loving and stimulating environment for Dad to finish his days in peace and security. Thank you all.

We came to visit my Mother-in-Law to take her out to lunch but she said she had a tummy upset and was hesitant to go. On speaking to CHARLENE? who reassured us to go as she felt my Mother-in-Law would enjoy her lunch if she was with us. How right she was, it we hadn't spoke to CHARLENE? I don't think
we would have had the courage to take her. We would like to thank her so much.

My dear wife passed away in 2012 after suffering a major stroke. I consider that I have been very fortunate that my 2 children chose Anisha Grange as my new residence on 25/3/13. I arrived here from hospital on a stretcher as a result of a fall in my own house when I suffered broken vertebrae in my
back as a result of osteoporosis. I cannot speak too highly of the care I received from my GP who provided medication to strengthen my spine by a 2 years course of cortisone injections and also the care I received at Anisha Grange.
They provided me with a 4 wheeled walking frame which enabled me to walk again and I was soon able to walk along on the hilly roads which surround Anisha Grange with 10% gradient. This became a daily routine lasting about 45 minutes and covering a distance of 1 mile. With the help of my friend I met on my walks who drives me to the high street every Friday, I can do a weekly shop, go to the bank etc. This gives me a welcome independence. I cover his costs for petrol and also pay him a small hourly charge. Throughout all this, my 2 children have taken charge of my personal affairs. I will be 85 in December and had a 44 year career as a chartered secretary.

I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff and current peripatetic manager at Anisha Grange. During the past 3 and a half years my mother was given the utmost care and attention. We could not have found a better care home for her. Sadly, she passed away recently in Anisha Grange. During the latter
months, she was looked after with loving care and gave her family love and support.

Anisha Grange is a welcoming, friendly home with dedicated staff who appear to really enjoy their job. There is always something going on. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. Residents are treated with dignity and respect. Having had previous experience of a care home that looked after my mother
when she had dementia. It was refreshing to see Anisha Grange doing this in a refreshing way and getting things right.

It's a great care home, lovely building and gardens. Many staff are very dedicated and great carers. Management try hard to please, they listen. All care homes have staffing problems and this home is no exception. More support could be provided by the owners/senior management at head office. It's hard
work running and working in a care home.

Activities staff are superb. Overall we have been very satisfied with the facilities here and the cleanliness deserves praise. There is no smell which is a compliment to you. The food is of good quality and plenty of it, well balanced. The cafe is a great plus - to offer refreshments to share with residents
and visitors. Communication can be sparse and frustrating at times, something that can be sorted no doubt. Accounting details regarding the fee price rise were non existent. Recently staff changed have been a bit unsettling but beginning to work.

My name is John and I am the Customer Relationship Manager at Anisha Grange Care Home, Billericay.


I have worked in the care industry for 10 years, and when I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my children, who keep me very active and busy.


My role is to support families who are looking for care for their loved ones and find the right care solution for them. The most rewarding part of my role is watching our residents settle into their new home, make new friends and get the best quality of life.


I’m always on hand to support both the residents and their families, and also our local community of Billericay.
