Anisha Grange welcomed Mum and our family when we were in the deepest despair. The staff are so kind and have developed a very caring bond with Mum - they treat her with dignity and respect at all times. From the personal carers to the activities team, catering staff, housekeepers, nurses and administrators, there is a sense of patient-centred care. They make what is a difficult time bearable for us all, but especially for Mum, and we feel very blessed to have her there.
Thank you so much for your kind words and wonderful review; the team will be delighted to receive such glowing feedback! It is a pleasure looking after your mum.
On a personal note, Dad was visibly moved (in a good way!) by the music and entertainment at the party. We all thought he seemed a bit brighter in himself and more communicative as a direct result of this social occasion and he was able to articulate to us that he thought it was all great!
Do please share my thanks and appreciation with the manager and the wider team. Many thanks.
Thank you so much for your lovely message! we all thoroughly enjoyed our Garden Party, keep an eye out for our next event! we will be sure to share your lovely feedback with all the team.
Anisha Grange is a fantastic facility that goes above and beyond in all that they do to look after their residents. The staff are all lovely people and truly committed to the care and support they provide. I could not praise them enough for all that they do.
Thank you very much for your lovely comments; we will be sure to pass this on to our team. It is a pleasure supporting your mother and getting to know all the family.
I look forward to coming back for the events.
We look forward to keeping in touch, and please do come back and visit.
My mum moved into Anisha Grange at a time when we were very stressed. The welcome and warmth we felt the minute we walked into the room was reassuring. The staff working at Anisha are just all so fantastic; everyone is so kind and caring. This is definitely a 5-star home.
Thank you so much for your lovely words. We will be sure to share this with the team.
The care was amazing and the staff always went above and beyond and made us feel like we were seeing Dad at home. The activities staff were fab and the atmosphere was always warm and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend anywhere more.
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We shall pass your lovely comments on to the team.
The entire setup is caring and delightful. The main reason I'm writing this review is because my long-term friend is so happy to have chosen Anisha Grange Care Home, now she has great mobility and speech problems and her husband has died she is still totally compos mentis, well able to voice anything she might be unhappy with. I was particularly impressed with the happy atmosphere and positive communication between service providers and residents.
Thank you for such kind and wonderful words Rita; I know the team will be absolutely delighted and it means so much to us all that you feel so welcome at Anisha Grange. I'll pass on your lovely words to the team and thank you again for taking the time to leave such a lovely review.
From the first phone call we made to see if they could help, as I am under 65 and needed emergency respite care (our wet room floor was leaking, and the builders needed to move in for an extended period), things were sorted very quickly with a nurse visit to my home, and then me moving in for a month.
I was looked after brilliantly, my medication and food allergies were sorted, the chef spoke directly to me, and I can certainly recommend the food along with the various activities. They even named all my clothes for me, which was a huge relief and spared Mum having to do it.
I would give over five stars, but it will only let me give five.
Thank you so much for taking the time to complete a review for us. It has truly been wonderful supporting you. Your incredibly kind words mean a lot to us, and we will pass the comments on to our team.
Anisha Grange were outstanding when we needed to organise respite care at short notice. They were incredibly understanding, and efficient at getting everything organised quickly, and nothing was too much trouble. They really went above and beyond and our family can’t thank them enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anisha Grange to anyone in a similar situation.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It has been an absolute pleasure having Mum in our home and getting to know you all as a family, we are always happy to support.
Thanks for the great care my mother had during her time at Anisha she has nothing but praise for the way she was cared for. Anisha is a first-class care home and looks after all its residents with respect and dignity.

The care being given to my husband is superb, nothing is too much trouble. As he is in bed all the time, he is moved frequently to avoid any pressure points. The staff are most attentive, the carers treat him with love and respect, and everyone remembers what his likes and dislikes are. His mental state has improved so much since he arrived at Anisha Grange, due mainly to the fun and laughter that he shares with the staff, and their constant efforts to stimulate his well being. From hardly eating at all when he arrived at Anisha Grange, he now thoroughly enjoys his three-course meals and the variety of beverages provided to accompany them. Every effort is made to facilitate regular visiting in spite of the Covid-19 restrictions, whilst ensuring that all residents and staff are kept as safe as possible. The surroundings are beautiful and very well maintained, and the facilities are more than equal to a top-class hotel. Thank you to everyone for their care and attention.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments and for taking the time to review us. It is a pleasure to support you and we are all so proud to be caring for your husband.
Anisha Grange looked after my mother for 2 1/2 years before she passed away in December 2021. During her time at Anisha Grange, all of the team members went out of their way to look after her. The care was exemplary. They tried to maintain her dignity at all times. They were kind, thoughtful and so caring. The management, nursing staff, and carers are all the loveliest people. I can not recommend Anisha Grange highly enough. It is a bit like a five-star hotel! My mother was very happy there.

While here I have been overwhelmed by every person's extreme kindness, no matter what their particular task may be. Because I am fit and able to move around easily and have good health, I couldn't possibly have any reason for complaints but my one frustration was poor communication for phone signals. I appreciate that is not the fault of the management - I only mention it because it was so inconvenient to go outside to get a signal. However, I give my very sincere and grateful thanks to all who made my stay a holiday.
Thank you for taking the time to review Anisha Grange Care Home and for your very kind words.
Anisha Grange looked after my mother for 6 weeks and treated her with compassion, professionalism, and first-class care. She benefitted from the care she received to be able to confidently return to her own home.

Anisha Grange is a top-class, five-star care home in Billericay. My uncle was only there for a short time before passing away but the care he received was exemplary. The care he received was attentive and maintained his dignity in his final days. I would not hesitate to recommend Anisha to anyone and the staff were absolutely first class in every way. A big thank you to all.
Thank you so much for your kind words and lovely feedback. I know it means so much to the team.
Anisha Grange has coped admirably with the complications caused by the pandemic and has continued to provide an excellent level of care throughout.
Anisha Grange - both management and all the staff, without exception, were excellent throughout.
Management - always responsive, compassionate and highly professional.
Nurses and carers, Nursing Area - provided highly professional care at all times, regular care and more whenever needed with a warmth and genuine concern for my husband, giving him help, respect and dignity at all times. Links to the Hospice well used.
All staff, Residential Area - wonderful people whose kindness, support, professionalism and genuine compassion were constants throughout my stay, night and day.
A lovely room, garden, coffee lounge and sitting areas. Delicious flexible menu, excellent laundry, hairdressers, reception and communication to family. Thank you for everything - a superb team!
Dear Marian, thank you for your review, it was our pleasure to be able to look after you and your husband during this tough and difficult time. Our condolences to you and your family and we were grateful that we could help you both. We will miss you and your husband and thank you again for such kind words.
I entered Anisha Grange for respite 05/02/2020 and was so impressed by the level of care etc, I was happy to stay. I am still here in January 2021.
Thank you for your kind words. We are delighted that you are happy in Anisha Grange Care Home and decided to stay as long as you have. We hope we continue to impress you going forward.
This has been a very unusual month because of the covid-19 virus. I opted to have the vaccine and have suffered no ill effects. The worst problem for me has been boredom, and the inability to mix also. I also miss my daily use of the stairs (vital if I am going to be able to visit my local family again). It was a great relief to have our usual staff back after the Christmas break and to feel that normality is back within sight.
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your honest feedback and we take all comments on board. We understand it is an unusual time for our residents, but to reduce the risk of infection and to keep everyone safe we are encouraging 1:1 stimulation/activity. The team has successfully delivered a...
My mum has been in Anisha Grange for over four years during which time her needs have changed and the staff have addressed these changes very well. Her care had not faltered and the welcome and support I have received has always been first class. The staff are like our family now.
Dear Sandra, thank you for your kind words, we will always do our best to support your mum on her journey at Anisha Grange. We are very grateful for what you have said and will continue to do our best for her.
