Anisha Grange has been a wonderful home for my mum. It is with great reluctance we had to move mum into a care home however we could not be happier with the way she has been looked after. All the staff, carers, cleaners, manager and nurse are incredibly caring and treat my mum with the utmost respect.

The care my uncle receives is fantastic. The home is absolutely stunning and I really enjoy visiting the cafe and gardens mean we can still enjoy things we used to do together. The cares are amazing, so kind and attentive. The food is excellent!

Once we had decided on dad going into care the process from intitial contact to the admission and settling in period was professional, efficient and welcoming from all members of staff. The staff have been most helpful with some difficult questions which were dealt with in a very understanding way.

The staff are wonderful and very friendly. Always helpful. I really enjoy the entertainment provided. I like taking part when there is musical entertainment and dancing. The food is very good and always plenty of choice.

Morale at the moment of carers is low due to the changes, moves to different floors new rotas and the night team being reduced to two which means unknown bank staff.

My name is John and I am the Customer Relationship Manager at Anisha Grange Care Home, Billericay.


I have worked in the care industry for 10 years, and when I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my children, who keep me very active and busy.


My role is to support families who are looking for care for their loved ones and find the right care solution for them. The most rewarding part of my role is watching our residents settle into their new home, make new friends and get the best quality of life.


I’m always on hand to support both the residents and their families, and also our local community of Billericay.
