Friendly staff who provide my auntie with excellent care. They accommodate her needs and keep her in a stable environment. Clean home and easily accessible for my aunt. Visiting hours are good, especially because I work full-time I receive regular updates on my aunt's care, and if anything
arises, I am notified.

I feel my sister is very happy living here, and they treat her well. Although she can be challenging, its never a problem for staff to give her the best care. I always feel welcome when I come and see her. Just wish I could come and see her more, but I understand with Covid.

When visiting my sister I find it always clean and welcoming. My sister always looks nice and happy. All staff members are very nice and helpful.

I am pleased with the resident's progress, he is doing so well and it is amazing how he has lost all that weight and he has become very active, as one time he did not want to do anything. I am very grateful for what you have done for him since he has been here at Silverbirch Care Home.

Very kind and helpful service. I am very happy that my daughter is taken well care of. She is very happy and the staff are very kind and helpful to her. Very nice family feel, I am very happy that my daughter is well cared for.
