My dad has been a resident at Brough Manor Care Home for 18 months now. He is very comfortable and happy here. He loves his room, which is very cozy for him. He enjoys all the food that is prepared for and served to the residents, stating that it is always very tasty. He compliments all the staff
for being very supportive, helpful and caring. He enjoys participating with any activities available; sitting out in the secure courtyard during the nicer weather and the occassional trip out to the local pub whenever there is a staff member free to accompany him. Overall he is extremely happy living at the home and very complimentary with all aspects of the home, the staff and the care he receives.

My mum was a resident for 2 1/2 yrs. She was very happy there , it has a great family atmosphere. They really care about all their residents. They took the time to chat with her , and provided excellent care for all her needs. They always said nothing was too much trouble. The chef knew she had
problems eating and would come and sit with her every day to ask what she could eat, even if it meant doing something different for her. There were frequent social activities if needed , hairdresser and chiropodist visits as well as an optician and hearing checks. The medical group home care team visit every Wed , but doctors and nurses could also be called when needed.
It was a true home from home for her. I would definitely recommend it

My mum has been here since 4th November and she is very happy with the care she is receiving, all the staff are very professional and friendly and they are always available when required, the home is always clean and tidy
