Mam has been in there a while now, and I can't fault the staff or the facilities. The care home is always clean and the staff are amazing. I know mam is safe there and loved and all her needs are met. The staff are amazing and kind, and they all do an amazing job

My Aunt has received very good care so far. She has been a resident for almost 4 months now and has settled well. The staff are kind and there are lots of activities organised for the residents. The food is very good and there is a good variety.

Westfarm is a beautiful clean, well decorated, bright home, residents bedrooms are all lovely and bright. The staff are all lovely very helpful and approachable & friendly. Having the hairdresser in so the resident's can have their hair done each week is a good boost to their wellbeing,. They have plenty activities and outings, always something going on to stimulate the residents.

Carehome is very homely and very comfortable. Staff are very helpful to the residents and visitors. Very friendly and caring atmosphere. Rooms immaculately clean. Meals are served very well and everything made from scratch. Dining room very plant for the residents to sit and eat. Manager very friendly and efficient nothing a bother.

We have alway been greeted with smiles and the service Dad gets is very good. And the medical care is excellent and when he is under the weather we always get a telephone call. The only thing that concerns us is the laundry we have names on all, but thing that do not belong to him gets put in the wardrobe.

Staff very friendly and caring, looks after my mother very well. Keeps us informed of any important issues. Very clean, they have lots of activities for her to take part. Warm, safe and secure atmosphere.

Westfarm were very welcoming kind,& respectful to our Mam and to her family. Our Mam has been part of the Westfarm family community for 10 months now.,. The home is kept very clean and tidy the reception area is very bright and cheery with flowers & cheerful decor. Every where is kept wonderfully clean, and there are never any unwelcome odours. Our Mams room is comfy cosy and feels like her own space whilst knowing she has access to staff at the touch of her button. There is a wonderful activities co ordinator who tries to ensure the residents have interesting and fulfilled day, whilst allowing for rest and relaxation should it be preferred. There is entertainment regularly, music art & a wonderful outside garden which is a great place to sit with a cuppa and chill in the sun. All the staff are very hardworking, they welcome and try to include families where possible. We as a family feel our Mam is safe and properly cared for and respected at West farm Residential centre.

Fabulous residential home. Friendly efficient staff members are always on hand to offer help and care for your loved ones.. very professional attitude towards all residents and the clean friendly atmosphere within the building always welcoming visitors good food and lots of entertainment often including residents family members to take part. Very happy with the services and comfortable knowing my mother is in safe capable loving atmosphere

Choosing a care home is emotional and sensitive and is a huge decision for all concerned. We looked at a lot before we found West Farm but the day we found it we knew it would be perfect for mum. We have never once regretted our decision. The care home is clean and caring. Everything from the catering to the laundry is well run. Mum loves her bed, her room and the food. The focus on dementia means that staff are knowledgeable, patient and caring. Having a dedicated nurse means that all medical issues are dealt with promptly. The entertainment is outstanding and we love the family feel and how we are always welcome.

I continue to be so so pleased with the care my aunt is given by all at West Farm. They are all really kind and genuinely so caring and understanding - they are also very helpful and professional to me. Thank you for all you do for my aunt.

West farm care centre is absolutely perfect the management and staff are Gem's nothing is a problem there all very professional and polite at all time's the food is beautiful and plenty to choose from spoilt for choice really a big pat on the back for the head chef and the rest of the kitchen staff there's always plenty of entertainment to keep the residents happy have a sing song and gyrate those hip's I've never seen my Brother looking so happy since becoming a resident at West farm this has all been made possible by having dedicated management and staff a big well done to everyone keep up the good work once again thank you for looking after my Brother and all of the other residents.

The staff are all fantastic from the management down.If you have a concern it is dealt with promptly. My mam is so happy and we know she is being well cared for.She enjoys joining in with the activities and loves the entertainment. A big thanks to all the sdaff

All of West farm staff are so good. They care about my mother. They are approachable and listen if you have any concerns. On entering West Farm the whole place is buzzing, everyone is happy and chatty. Residents are so well looked after and nothing is a bother. Everywhere is clean, and my mother's room is lovely. She feels at home at West Farm. I cannot praise West Farm enough.

My experience with West Farm Care Home has been fantastic. All the staff are very friendly and caring and always on hand to help both myself and my stepfather, who is well cared for. The place is very clean and has a lovely atmosphere. I have no concerns about his care at West Farm Care Home.

Can't praise the staff enough! They are genuinely friendly, professional and caring. The place is kept spotlessly clean and no unpleasant odours. The residents appear to be content and happy and the food /menu is well received. When you have an enquiry about anything, they go above and beyond to help and communication is excellent.

I am very pleased that my wife is being well looked after in West Farm. Because of her falls when she tries to stand/move around - caused by her long-term Parkinson's Disease - 24 years - it is difficult to care for her as she can't be left on her own - as I know only too well. Like all care homes West Farm sometimes suffers from staff shortages, for all of the well-known reasons - but all of the staff are 'proper' carers and do the best they can for the residents. I try to take my wife out most days and now I am older the staff always help me to get my wife and her wheelchair in and out of the car. Communication with the home is excellent. The phone in reception is almost always answered immediately and I am always made aware of anything happening with my wife that I need to know about.

Mam moved into West Farm Care Centre in March 2024. We are very reassured that my mam is very safe there. The home is very clean and tidy and the staff are very caring and nothing is a problem for them. The staff & management always keep me informed of my mam with any health concerns. Mam enjoys the food I would definitely recommend West Farm Residential Care Centre.

My friend moved here in June 2023 and the change in her in this short time is incredible. The change has given my friend back, she is smiling again putting on weight and we both think this is down to the care and kindness shown to everyone. I think every member of staff have shown residents thoughtfulness, and we are so lucky nothing seems to be a bother. I think we are very lucky to have so many wonderful care in one care home. Thank you so much for caring for my friend.

West Farm Care Centre look after my husband 24/7. The staff are caring and patient with a happy demeanour. It is important for me to know he is in such capable hands and I have no worries or concerns regarding his care. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you, everyone.

Ver reassured that my mum is happy and safe in West Farm. She tells me she enjoys all her meals and I can't fault the carers. They are always on hand to offer Mam cuddles and comfort when needed.
