Staff are always very helpfuland friendly and our mother is well attended by the staff. She appears to be clean and well looked after, especially with hot drinks and biscuits! Her room is always clean. My only negative is the huge 12% rise in fees last month, to £6000 a month. I've spoken to the Financial guy and he was very helpful.

My main priority is that my sister-in-law is settled, happy and being looked after and occupied fully in her daily life. I have no concerns at all in these connections as I have always found the staff to be completely attentive and professional. They have noted that she is a keen walker and loves her music and have planned outings for her in these respects. I do find however that her room looks "tired" and in need of renovation and decoration.I would be happier if she had a new, more modern , roomy bed. Her ensuite bathroom is very modern, and newly refurbished. In conclusion, I am satisfied that the care home staff are doing a tremendous job. They are always on hand to address concerns. I was delighted to see my sister-in-law's in several pictures in their monthly newsletter, looking so happy and contented.

My mum is really taken care of, great staff and always on hand to help with great professionalism.The quick thinking of the staff saved my mum's life when she had a heart attack in the home which I will never forget

We have to travel quite a distance to visit and always receive a warm welcome and a very welcome cup of tea! Hope Green is on entering a lovely period building with period fireplace in the lounge, always a good talking point! The staff always know where to find our relative and exactly what she is doing, she is ready and waiting for our visit. Always a pleasure to visit and see our loved one smiling, happy and loving life!!

Mum seems very happy here. Staff appear observant and helpful. She loves having her hair done and being made a fuss of. She seems happy doing her own activities like knitting, wordsearch, etc. If she doesn't take part in some of the activities provided, then that is up to her as she has limited interests. She likes being looked after here and she has a nice bedroom with a good outlook.

The staff are always happy and friendly, and they know our families names when they visit my mum. The building is well maintained and kept very clean, and the security is carefully monitored. Meals have improved and the staff are helpful and considerate with the residents even when they are being awkward. The only issue is that out of office hours it can be hard to get admitted, though I appreciate that the staff's priorities lie with the residents, and they may be busy.

My cousin is very settled at Hope Green. Her care is excellent, and everyone is kind and considerate. The reception staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Her condition has deteriorated over the last couple of years, but this is just due to her illness, not the care she is getting.

Hope Green is a warm, welcoming and friendly place. All the staff are approachable, kind and work hard to assist the residents. There appears to be a good staff to resident ratio and the residents are known well by all the staff. Thought is given to provide a variety of activities which residents are gently encouraged to participate in. Medication and overall healthcare is provided. The laundry service is thorough but (my only criticism) items of underwear go missing frequently! Overall - I am happy.

I was made very welcome. Staff are friendly and helpful. Going in for meals needs to be more organised. Food could be better and hotter.

Staff are nice and caring. Food is good, and activities within the home are good. Please do more frequent assessments of the cognitive state of the residents. It helps relatives to know what is happening to their loved one who is in care. Please keep rooms tidy.

Couldn't be more pleased with Mum's attitude and well being. It's a pleasure to call and be with her every week. (I would know if Mum wasn't happy). Thank you for looking after her so well.

The staff are amazing. Very helpful and kind. The main thing for us is that my husband feels very content here. Thank you for all you do for him, it is very much appreciated.

Overall I am happy with the standard of care, compassion and dignity that the vast majority of the staff in treating the residents. When an emergency occurred the staff quickly contacted me enabling me to attend promptly. Minor complications were the regularity of dental care and the variation on items of clothing on the upper body, sometimes one, sometimes three, should be two please. My wife has settled well and seems content a huge relief to the family.

As the ratings show, I found Hope Green Care Home excellent on all questions as they did a wonderful job of helping me to recover from a very serious road accident, for which I had spent months in hospital. The three weeks I spent there was an unforgettable, enjoyable experience. Their friendly, knowledgeable, no-fuss manner suited me and I feel it helped me to recover and return home sooner than expected. It's possible I will be on my own over the Christmas period and I'll have no hesitation in booking the full-time in at Hope Green.

My wife has been in Hope Green Care Home since April 11th 2022. I have found every part of Hope Green nothing but very good indde3ed (every part). The staff are always very pleasant to me I have not got a bad word for this place.

We have consistently witnessed spontaneous acts of kindness and care since our mother moved to Hope Green three years ago. She is loved, respected and well looked after. As family, we feel extremely well supported and informed about Mum's changing condition and needs. We believe that the leadership and management of Hope Green Care Home is now in the right hands. The atmosphere is positive, warm and friendly. It is so reassuring to know that she is safe and happy.
