Staff very helpful and keep me informed of any issues. Husband is well cared for with good supervision due to his balance issues.

Management highly responsive to suggestions for improvement and very proactive. A good 'can do' feeling. Care staff ratio to residents good. Care staff are kind, responsive and caring. All staff are friendly and chatty and welcoming. Residents are well cared for and treated with dignity and respect.
Activities offer is patchy but this is being addressed. On the whole the food is tasty and appetising and there is plenty of it. There is a developing family feel.

My husband has been at The Moreton Centre for over two years now. He is settled and well cared for. The medical care is excellent and I always feel confident that health problems will be addressed quickly and efficiently. The caring staff generally are very good, kind and friendly. Special mention
for the two seniors on the unit.

Really high standard of care and support for my 92 year old grandmother who has complex needs and alzheimer's. She is always clean and well dress with no health complaints. The staff are kind and compasionate and a real business care for this establishment. Staff continuity is high and facilities
are fair. Well done guys! and big thank you.

Lovely care home for my aunty with Louis body dementia, always have a pleasant visit, can be a little noisy sometimes, but that's to be expected with dementia patients, but the carers are so very calm with the patients

Was asked to review after my most recent visit to my partner on his birthday recently.
Since my meeting with senior staff, my partner has, so far, finally had his hair and nails cut, and dental treatment completed, and I was very pleased to have been carefully listened to on this occasion. An
improvement at last.

My sister has been at Moreton Centre for six months now she seems very settled. I am pleased with the care she receives and friendliness of the staff. A clean and welcoming environment.
