Lovely friendly home, staff always helpful and friendly the bedrooms could do with better beds and to make sure the lift is working at all times as it has broken down a few times and taken awhile to mend leaving some of the residents in their rooms. It's a shame there is no outside facilities they
can walk around safely.

All the staff at The Larches do their best to make sure that my sister is as comfortable as possible. She is very fond of them all. She feels like it is her home now. They are very encouraging to get her to do more for herself and mix with other residents. The staff are also super kind to me and my
sister's children when we visit. It is reassuring to us that she is safe and cared for at The Larches.
